I was really impressed with only having two employees there to handle a busy Wednesday before Mothers day. i didnt get there names but they should be commended even when some customers were becoming impatient and even looking in front of me constantly they kept their composure and kept it together. I work in customer service as well reps dont get the credit they deserve sometimes by exercising patient and having to multi task no matter the situation

First time at the Kenwood Pandora store Great energy and good vibes I came to pick up a online purchase for my Pandora necklace

I have gone into the Kenwood location on two separate occasions within the last few weeks and both times I have experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever received from a retail store. My 1st visit I was asked to sign in which is normal so I did and while waiting I was reviewing their product book. While looking at the product a representative came up to me and said I need that book and took it from me without offering to give me another one or anything just took it from me so she could try to make a sale. Today I go into the store with 3 employees working and 2 customers in the store. One of the employees who was the same person who took the catelog book from me the first time which I assume was a manager decided to go into the back and didnt come out until after another employee started helping me. I explained to the employee what I was looking for and the employee had little to no interest in helping me find the product which wad out of stock. When I asked her how long it would take to order the item in her response was I actually dont know. She did not attempt to find out, did not try to see if there where any other alternatives just simply I dont know. When I asked to see something else her behavior in body language clearly told me she had 0 interest in helping and just did not care. This location has at no time shown me that the employees there are trained on their product or how to handle situations when their product is not in stock as well as how to handle customers and customer service. For a store to represent a large brand like Pandora I think it is troubling to see this kind of behavior and experience from a customers point of view.

This is one of my favorite Pandora’s. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Two ladies knew their stuff. Extremely helpful in helping me pick out a mothers day gift for my daughter from her two sons.

Coleen was fabulous she cleaned and wrapped my daughters birthday gift!!, I had bought another from Easton (columbus) totally different experience!!!

STAFF friendly...selection was kind of low but they were having a buy 2 get one free, so that was expected. Over all good experience.

Friendly staff so I hate to admit, you can find Pandora bracelets/charms less expensive on Jared website. Not to mention, the line to get into store was pretty long. I like the in-store shopping experience so spending more is sometimes ok.

I love it when they have sales ..like but 2 rings get one free. They are very accommodating on if you want to do an exchange. The price you pay for what you get and how it last is excellent.

This store is amazing! Ianyah helped me pick out a gift for my future mother in law. They offer free gift wrapping which was beautiful. The wrapper accidentally left out a charm and I didnt notice because everything was wrapped. They actually sent me an email which I missed until the gift was opened on Christmas and I noticed something was missing. When I went to the store the charm was out of stock but the associate had put it in the back with a note to hold for me. So appreciative how honest and helpful they are.

I had a really great experience at the Kenwood location! As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help. The sales associates were very helpful. I didn’t really know what I was looking for when I walked in but with sales associate Megan helping me I know I made the right purchase! I didn’t want to spend to much time in the store and Megan was very good at pointing me in the right direction! Will definitely be going back!

Lightly busy. Walked around the store- looked at the book for a couple minutes total time in the store 10 minutes not one employee said hello or well be with you as soon as we can or any form of acknowledgement. We planned our purchases and will buy them elsewhere

My girlfriend told me once before don’t visit this store anymore but it was the closest one from where i work. So a couple days ago i visit the store after work planning on buy some charms and bracelets. But the employees there wouldn’t even ask or say anything to me. I saw people come in and out and they all been served and at least greeted. I was wandering around for about 15 mins in there in thought of maybe they are busy with other customers but NO! There are 3 employees that stand there by the counters talking to each others. So is it because how i looked ( of course! My work clothes wasn’t nice, they were a bit dirty ), is it because I’m an asian or is it I looked the type that can’t afford to buy your jewelry? Pandora corp. needs to teach their employees not to judge the books by its covers. That’s all i wanted to say.

Sign says maximum number of customers 10.. only allowing 3 even with 3 associates. so be prepared for an ordeal..

This Pandora location has exceptionally poor customer service. The employees think they’re high and mighty for working a basic retail job. The girl with long red hair in particular fails to deliver any help whatsoever and will give you a 30 second experience with her bad attitude at most. I originally came in for an exchange for a different size of the same ring purchased two weeks earlier. I was told an exchange for a smaller size wouldn’t be allowed and I wasn’t even offered assistance to find another ring. It’s an embarrassment to Pandora to have such lousy employees representing them. Shopping at other Pandora locations has been a pleasure, but I won’t be returning to this one. Drive out further and save some time. A paying customer deserves to be treated with respect and offered assistance at minimum.On a positive note, the employees of this store have plenty of sticks shoved up their bums which makes it a great place to obtain material for campfires.

Stood outside waiting to be let in for 15mins or more because of the rope at the door, there was only a woman and her two kids in the store with a worker and trainee, while another worker just opened and closed cases and looked at us and another bright in drinks, they never acknowledged that we were standing there, ridiculous Stood there all for the woman in the store not to buy anything

We came to pandora for the first time to buy a bracelet. I’m not feeling welcome to the store at all, the lady is not really helpful and enthusiastic in helping us finding the right bracelet. She is so rude and unwilling to do anything. I’m so disappointed with their services!

I was thrilled with the service until they cleaned my bracelet while I shopped when is was returned to me it was very black around the latch it this was not very clean and all that looked worse than than it did before I sent it out.

Experience on par with other bad reviews. My bf bought me a wrong sized ring and I needed to an exchange 2 times before I got the right size. Every employee besides the last one the help has an attitude problem. I would recommend shopping at any other store besides this one. Trash service and the store manager had the worst attitude of them all.
