The owner answers the phone when you call and is a nice guy who knows his business well. If you have questions about complicated transactions such as digital gift cards - if he doesnt know the answer as to whether or not he will accept them the owner will research the issue and immediately return your call.The two workers have been there since I started going in 2017. I dont know his or her name but the gentleman with the red beard is a pleasure to talk to! We talked about WWE wrestling which i never thought would of been an interesting conversation!The business provides charging ports and cables to charge your phone.Be sure to bring your ID!

Lady was nice and was quick with the transaction. Also they gave me a fair price for my walmart gc. One star taken away for there not being any air supply vents on the customer side of the room as the room is split with a wall with thick glass in it, and it was very hot and stuffy.

I love that this place exists! I wish they would give you a larger percentage for the cards but it comes in handy every now and then.

I have siblings and they are holding me responsible for a card they bought that had money on it then the store it came from zeroed out the card

Mostly.good. I have been going there for at least 8-9 years. Mostly Im happy with the experience. Lately though it hasnt been quite as nice. It used to be the more frequent customers got better percentages. Not anymore. Also. A couple times Ive been told they could only pay me half and I could collect the other half later

I have turned in a few cards here. Sometimes I have some I know I am just not going to use... so half the value is better than never using the card!!

Never give me any issues.I tend to over buy alot on projects and Im bad with receipts so if i return something and get in store credit i know theyll give me at least half money back better than spare parts all over the place....

Fast friendly experience. Parking lot is a little tight but other then that, great location easy to find no wait. Very covid friendly as well. Id forgotten my mask he supplied one. Highly recommend.

Ive gave dealt with them for a long time. I never had a issue until my last visit. They took my cards I was trying to sell & said I owed them money from a previous card, I sold them that they claim funds had disappeared.So needless to say I wont be returning.Thats crazy how do funds disappear?

You might want to recheck your record because I was just in there and sold 10 gift cards to you and pretty much got 50 percent for all of my gift cards. The whole get up to 75 percent of card value is all talk. I could have had sold them to my neighbor for half price lol or went online to card dash and got 50 more dollars But I drove 35 mins out to your establishment, then 35 back home. So I was 20 dollars,in gas, invested into this place

This place offers the most for gift cards in the tri-state area. I took a couple unwanted gift cards up here and was given 70% on every gift card I brought. They dont offer that much on every gift card, just the most wanted ones. Nice staff and youre in and out pretty quickly

I didnt go to Gift Card Roundup, I went into the Gas Station next door, they have the best chicken in town, when it comes to a Gas Station & I played my Lottery there, this is really a one-stop shop. I also like the owner, he is very customer friendly as well.

Very unprofessional. Some employees have negative attitude about their job. Was a regular customer untill instead of setting up a payment plan or finding my receipt to get a card corrected they had a check cashing place take money from me. Could of treated a regular customer better.

They are ridiculous, they would not cash my cards because I know someone who owes money. I only cash my cards, I have never cashed someone elses card yet they held me responsible for him owing money... worst experience ever!!!!
