This was an excellent experience! My company purchased the Cincinnatis Best basket and the Fiona necklace for our Foundations silent auction. The basket was delivered on time and right to our business by the company and was great---full of Cincinnati goodies and tchotchke and well-presented. We added some of Cincinnati Zoos Zoo Bucks to sweeten the pot and the basket a big hit at the fundraiser. This was SOOO much easier than trying to create a basket ourselves. Highly recommend!

The Best of Cincinnati truly deserves their title as the best! I can 100% confirm the other reviewers claims of excellent customer service. I ordered a gift for my wife (born and raised in Cincinnati) for Christmas that had issues in transit. Ed went above and beyond to make sure my wifes gift made it to us and added a special touch to apologize for the delay. And, it was a marvelous gift to boot. If youre thinking about shopping here, do it!

I ordered a gift basket for a new hires family and I received a personal phone call from Best of Cincinnati and they personalized the basket for me and made it extra special! The family received it on a Sunday and was delighted! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Though I’ve never ordered from Best of Cincinnati before I have been the recipient of many of the gift baskets from here...always beautiful with very nice items from the Cincinnati area. I recently placed an online order for a product and was kindly helped when I called with a question. The blanket I ordered arrived today and it is every bit what I hoped for in terms of color, quality, and value. I am excited to give it as a gift to family members who call Cincinnati home!
