This store is a great place for any and all of your party supply needs. They also have a wide array of costumes, face/body paint, wigs, and accessories that are perfect to finish off and really customize the look you want.

Love party city! Has every thing you could imagine for a party of any kind and has the coolest costumes and accessories. You could pretty much make any costume you wanted with all of the awesome accessories and stuff they have. Wish I was rich so I could buy everything in there!

Store is always clean and employees are always very nice and helpful. Halloween set is in process so a few isles were empty or very little product. Great store for holiday and party supplies! I always go here for the party decorations and when Im looking for the unusual, its always worth a stop here.

This is by far the worse store around. They have two heavy set women who work here that make fun of other coworkers and customers, and they eat and drink on the floor at the register while they are suppose to be working. These two women are running your business. I for one have 4 kids 3 grandkids and we will never step foot in one of your stores again. Fix the problem or lose more business. Its posted all over Facebook and the two nasty women causing the problem. So they and your store are goin viral

We have thrown 2 partys for both my kids this year first one was lego theme and the only lego stuff they have is The Lego Movie which is not yellow in color and they didnt have the whole set up only had plates and napkins and cups no table cover or pinata or anything els then we did Spongebob theme and they also only had plates cups napkins but nothing els and the place has minimal stuff most of the other theme stuff dont have everything there with it not stocked very well and the candy is old like very old it taste like the wrapper or stale air idk but not good anymore. It needs updating the whole store !

Great stock selection but an employee yelled, But I dont wanna talk to them!!! when there was a phone call from a boss. Complained about it so loudly I could hear her from the back of the store as she walked to the front of the store to get to the phone.

They were well stocked. I found everything I needed for my husbands birthday party.The colors were black,gold and silver. My niece even enjoyed shopping at Party City.

It is a great place to find party supplies and costume accessories, however, ALWAYS check your curbside pickup before leaving the lot. I rarely have negative comments but twice I have tried their curbside pickup and twice it has been a failure.Also, if the problem is fixed that is awesome but if an apology is offered it is followed with a period, not an excuse.

Dont carry 18th birthday stuff

Very nice prices, though the balloons are a little pricey. Staff, including management dont seem to enjoy their jobs. You really expect bubbly personalities when you visit a place like this. That being said they are extremely helpful. Definitely a go-to for party/holiday supplies.

Its definitely a one stop shopping place for all your party wares. If its not in store its likely online. Prices are decent and they regularly have sales going on.I learned a valuable lesson on my last visit. They do NOT price match other stores.

Great place to grab all the party supplies you need with a fair price. They blow up the party balloons for you same day or they will hold onto them for you until you can pick them up. Great selection of everything youd need for a party. Wont go anywhere else.

They have any and everything you would ever need to throw any type of party engagement bridal shower anything like that that you would need they have. Somewhat on the pricey side but when you think of it and you get the memories it is well worth it. So I highly recommend anyone to go there and get what they need for their special day for their memories.

Had stuff just not what we wanted

Ok store, asked for help and they said someone in back would help me find a costume. Where did the days go where someone actually said let me get someone for you. Once I was helped lady was nice. Once I got home found out the costume was defective, and they said I could exchange it. Will find out tomorrow.

Wouldnt accept coupon from party city. Worker refused to accept the coupon and insisted it most be used online, even when there is a barcode and instructions for the cashier. 2nd incident like this so far.

Lot of stuff to choose from, but I went looking for 1 specific thing. When I got there I looked and didnt find it. Then I asked one of the workers where it would be at. It wasnt where they said it was. If I hadnt been told before I went that they had it in stock it wouldnt have bothered me. Disappointed

Went there for party favors before going to the Buffett concert. They had everything and more we needed. And at Halloween, they have an entire array of costumes, and decorations. Always go there for my grandchildren. If youre having any type of party, this is definitely the place to go to make your event special.

You would think working at Party City, an employee would be a bit more cheerful. I called this morning to ask if they had something in stock, and while she did find it and put it on hold for me, she was rude about it and acted like it was such an inconvenience. She cut me off from speaking two different times. Once, while I was thanking her for finding the plush toy, that is my sons favorite, we recently lost and are trying to replace.I just did not appreciate the rudeness at all from Kay when I called this morning. Ive been coming here for years and have never encountered someone so unpleasant.

The employees are rude and disrespectful. I went in on Tuesday to get balloons with a balloon weight for my sons pictures. While I was there I ordered balloons and an additional balloon weight to pick up Sunday for my sons birthday party. When I got there to pick them up they weren’t attached to the balloon weight. When I asked for it the cashier told me that I took it with me when I ordered the balloons. I did not as I wanted them to be attached to it when I picked them up. She proceeded to argue with me about it with a very bad attitude. I took the balloons to my car and came back after I decided I was too mad about her attitude to just let it go. When I went back in I told her I either wanted the weight or my money back and she just walked away from me without a word. I asked why she was ignoring me and asked for the manager who along with another employee was just sitting on top of the counter. Then after I asked for corporates number they finally gave me the balloon weight that I paid for. Honestly it was Probably the worst retail experience I have ever had. Every employee was being unprofessional and the cashier was immediately hostile with me when I asked for an item that I paid for. I will be making a formal complaint.

Went there on Tuesday of this week to get some party supplies . there were two women at the front desk one was veronica (she was blowing up my balloons) and the second lady was Kay (standing around doing nothing . The was a line of people waiting at the register and veronica turned to Kay and asked . Can you help me real quick, and also asked if we carried something . Kay responded with im off the clock in ten minutes so Im not helping you and figure it out on your own veronica smiled and shook it off and apologized to everyone waiting . Almost 18 customers witnessed what happened and multiple customers wanted to leave but veronica was veronica kind and got everyone calmed down and they left with smiles on their faces . Everyone wanted to go off on Kay, so might want to fix her and her attitude because shes the reason you guys are slowing losing business. Party City you would think is supposed to have happy employees especially at customers service . Only helpful happy person was veronica . She did an awesome job and if it werent for her multiple people wouldve left the store or went off on Kay. Veronica deserves some kind of raise or recognization for her outstanding work and dealing with that rude employee.

My friend and I had went to the store located in Eastgate yesterday, and we were having a very hard time finding all we needed for my daughters first birthday party. Im a first time mom, so when we would ask for help, all the lady would do is say its in isle 8 or 6 but NEVER once did she try to help us find anything. I do not recall what her name is but we were there around 3pm on January 10th, 2017. So then we are up at the counter checking out and my friend that was with me simply asked, if there were any coupons or big sales going on, the lady responded to her very rudely, by saying check your email, thats where the coupons would be, there anything else I can do for you? She was very rude and disrespectful!

Dont go here. Staff is rude. I asked the manager to turn a prop on that cost $140. She proceeded to state the obvious and say the prop wasnt plugged in. I said I know. Im not going to pay that much money for a Halloween prop without knowing what it does. So she says ok and walks away. So off to Spirit Halloween we go. Thank party City for losing a customer.

I came in on Tuesday 4/11/17 and I must say I was very appreciative of Veronica. She was all by herself up front after this rude lady named jay expressed that she didnt have the time of day for me and my questions about balloons and other birthday party items. So much so that she looked at the line that was forming at the cash register and left! Veronica did her best and I dont blame her one bit for me being almost a half hour late for my sisters 40th birthday celebration. However if Kay does not like seeing customers then she needs to pick a different job. I work in customer service and I would never treat customers that way. She literally said Nope, Im leaving when she saw the line start! And that is unacceptable. But I cant express enough how appreciative I am of Veronica doing her best to get me set up and out the door as quick as she could.
