I love the bins that they have what most people call Penny Candy. They have some really good selections the prices are low and it isnt much. At times they do have nice decorations or party favors and theyll always willing to help you out in any way they can.

This was my first visit to this location. I wasnt impressed. The store wasnt that well pulled together upon entry in my opinion. I felt like it could have used a little cleaning and organizing. An employee up front was complaining about a balloon order which I felt was not professional. (grant it she was speaking out loud but still.)I also think she was management. I probably wont come back to this location. The other staff I interacted with were fine. Just not my cup of tea in a pandemic.

Prices a little high but still love this place

Probably a once in a lifetime trip for me, but was necessary to pick up a 1970s costume my wife ordered. Even though the store was crowded and busy, the service was great. Costumes worked out to perfection. Kid of Kid & Play called us Peaches and Herb!

I would not recommend doing a store pickup order from this location. I saw they had several qty listed of an item I was looking for online so I placed an order for pickup. It was apparently not in stock though the site said it was so the order was canceled by the store. It’s been 4 days now and the money has still not refunded to my card despite calling Store and corporate number. So if you see something you want I’d go to the store instead of curbside because they clearly don’t have that operation together.

The manager, Mary, was an absolute delight. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about costumes and party supplies. She really knows the products. A+

Wide selection of candies, decorations and balloons! My god the balloons. We happened to show up at a relatively busy time, so word of advice: order your balloons FIRST, then go shopping. Friendly staff, and complies with Covid safety standards as well as they can. It is a pretty narrow place.

I called about an item. They said they have quite a few. I get there, the manager came out after and amployee and myself did an extensive search. She said they have not had any in a couple weeks. They need to train their people. I drove 25 minutes for nothing!

The lady who opened today was so kind!! Helped me with my baby shower balloons. Good start to my day. Thank you

Recent trip and this store is so neglected. The floors look like they havent been swepted in quite sometime. The shevles in the halloween isle are just piled with random stuff thrown on the shelf. Nothing is hanging on hooks for prices or for customers to shop through. Looks like they opened the boxes dumped them on the shelves and walked away. This store is just a mess now.

Order was ready before it was supposed to be. Could use a couple more employees at checkout to make it quicker

They have lots of nice things that you can choose from. Its truly a one stop shop for everything party. Things are arranged by theme and color. For example wedding section and so on.

Employees were not very helpful. They were talking amongst themselves while checking me out and seemed to barely notice I was there. overall very uncomfortable

No where on the receipt did it say no costume returns past the 23rd of oct. Bought it the day before i went to return it...had receipt. I didnt get all the pieces and just wanted to return it as my SO no longer wanted to dress up. Denied....it was irritating but i got a 60 dollar costume Ill never use.

I loved it! It was amazing I went looking for party supplies for my child & they had the theme I needed plus 100 more!! Ill Definitely go BK for each one of my childs partys! BTW they also have stuff for sweet 16 birthday party at 21st birthday party and neon glow party adult parties baby showers I mean everything I was amazed as soon as I walk in that store I will definitely go back!!!

Went up there to buy a valentines card, there was a limited supply of any type of cards, the place is just not the same as when it was the card factory, very disappointed at the selection and the amount of cards they have in stock.

I find that the prices here are always high. Good variety, but they need to lower prices on basic things, like cheap tableclothes. You can get them at Dollar Stores for a dollar. Stay competitive.

I always cringe when I look at the prices but I feel its pretty much the same everywhere so I really cant ding them too much for cost. Other than that, the store looked well organized, clean, had some fun clearance items and the staff was very helpful and friendly!

Ordered some balloons for daughters birthday party .The #2 was deflating by the time we got home. All they offered was to drive all the way back there hours before the party and pick a new one up free of charge . Update the 2nd one deflated in a few hours .

Ive lived in Westwood all my life and Ive never been so disrespected...BY MANAGEMENT at that. I never raised my voice our used profound language with the manager but yet she felt that need to call me rude and disrespectful because I didnt agree with her... then the store manager agreed with her stating your tone was intimidating. Are yall crazy? Do you know how much money I spend a year at your store? Customer service 101... one bad experience from a customer can loose you 20 future customers. I honestly thought I was getting punked for a second. That store will NEVER get another DIME from me!

Best place to go get party supplies for a big party

Came to make a return and the employees on staff started an argument among the two because they couldnt find out who I spoke with on the phone. I just wanted to make a tank return I can easily just take it to another location just expected some professionalism.

Expect to get costume without all accessories and they give you a gift card refund/ In store credit.Even though they sold you a product without all the items included. Other than that its a party store....

Worse party city I have ever been to. Terrible communication amongst staff and manager. Rude and hateful. I called in the morning to verify my pick up order was there. When arrived wasnt all there and size was incorrect. Was told i could get a refund for item that wasnt in stock but they refused to give it to me plus i was overcharged.
