Person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude!!! I’ve never been here before and it was my first time having an issue with my laptop and he was beyond rude to the point where I will never be shopping here in the future… also I swear I didn’t say anything rude I was very nice to him the whole time, but he just made me feel so uncomfortable I said goodbye and hung up on him.
