One of the best places to go for lunch if youre eating gluten free! Every sandwich can be made with gluten free bread, which I think is amazing! Ive been hooked on the caprese panini! I could eat that every single day. Very fair prices too!

Best place for a quick sandwich!! Call ahead to have it ready when you walk in. The owners are super sweet and are always ready to make a charcuterie/ chz tray in a pinch for events!

I popped in the market and grabbed fresh hummus, tabouli, sweet drop peppers, pita chip and olive oil tarallini. It made a great vegan snack for me and my bestie to share as we caught-up on a Friday night. So fresh. So yummy. The proprietors we helpful and cordial. The store and deli was immaculate with a nice selection of goods and chocolates. M&N is a great compliment to any neighborhood.

Got the Southwest Birb Panini (Chicken Breast, Pepperjack, Sauteed Peppers and Onions, Chipotle Aoli, Grilled on Ciabatta). It was fantastic. Did a little shopping for pantry items while waiting. A great addition to Northside.

This place is such a great addition to Northside! On top of providing local, high-quality meats, cheeses, and sandwiches, they offer a full selection of kitchen staples that help you avoid going to the grocery for small or last minute ingredients. Everything from milk and eggs to yogurt, soy sauce, pasta, baking soda, flour, fresh fruits and veggies, even some cleaning supplies and SO much more! The owners are also super nice.

Nice neighborhood place, great sandwiches too. They do have some groceries but a weird mix of staples and upscale condiments. Dont miss out on fresh produce in the front cooler in case you just need 4 carrots or some mushrooms

FANTASTIC deli sandwiches every time I’ve gone so far and nice (small, but growing) selection of groceries to buy along with the deli and cheese selection. Above all, the friendliest people you’ll ever meet! So glad to have them in Northside!

M & N is a new addition to Northsides business district! A mich-needed addition at that!! A full-on deli, with a wide variety of meats, cheeses and salads, there is no way to leave there hungry! I enjoyed the Chicken Pesto Panini! A hearty sandwich, thick and full of flavor. I also picked up a baguette and some antipasto salad! It was all very delicious! Morsel & Nosh also cater and have a menu of meat and cheese boards to order for parties!

I love what theyre doing for the neighborhood during the pandemic and what they are planning for the future. However, I stopped by today and bought an $8 loaf of sourdough bread (never seen a loaf of bread that pricey) and it was completely stale. I was disappointed after spending that much on a loaf of bread and it was hard to cut and even eat. Selling old bread also makes the bakery that produced it look bad... I look forward to whats to come though! I think theyll make a great addition to Northside.
