Ive come to this store since I was little. My grandma used to bring me here ever since I can remember (thats almost 31 years). From when surrey Square used to be an enclosed shopping area with media play, until now, the old world charm is priceless. The shop is small but its full of so many things you just wouldnt find anywhere else. Im attaching some pictures that tell the story of what my words cannot. If only the store could talk and tell its stories ❤

While waiting for my daughter to get her COVID test I walked my GRANDbabies down to the candy store. I let them fill a bag 1/2 way and when we got to the register a gentleman had left $5 for them. Thank you sir. The cashier greeted regulars by name as they came in and was super friendly.

Okay I admit it I am old, so going to this store and finding candy from when I was kid was a great surprise, mary janes, wax bottles, I could list more, see for yourself, you will be glad you did. And for the record, the young man working in there was nice and encurages to take your time and look around.

Pleasant place to get candy, buy lottery tickets and play the lottery. Friendly customer service. Greet you with your name and a smile as soon as you walk in the door. I love the workers and the store. Excellent place of business. I will keep going there.

They seem to have a crowd no matter when I go. They handle their customers quickly but curteously. Appears that they have a lot of repeat customers too. No matter the numbers they have time to look at you and to address you personally. I have never seen a cross or aggitated employee yet. Plus they have the best hot pickles in town!!! The store is always so clean and orderly too. They even have seating. Just to sum it up...I love that store!

Best old time candy store and more. They sell tea and spices too. Just like when I was a kid, you get a small paper bag and fill it with candy.

Great place to play the lottery, fast lines, comfortable. Places to sit and think and prepare for what you want to play. Seasonings of all kinds. Candy 🍭 Of almost all kinds.

We ordered a few items 2 of which had been taken out of the correct spot but were not the right items. One was supposed to be Chocolate covered raisins and instead was chocolate covered peanuts which tasted awful. I actually forgot what the other item was.

Best place to get your lottery tickets. The ladies are very friendly. One day I hope to win big🤗🤗

Hours need to be updated... drove all the way over here on a Sunday and they aren’t open until 11:30 google says 10:00 and they don’t have a website 🙃
