Saw this item for $1.00(clearly marked) but get it to the register lady says its $1.99 but its marked a $1.00. She asked the owner how much was it, he says $4.99 although its clearly marked $1.00. As a customer I saw it priced at $1.00 and how is it my fault if it was priced wrong. I used to love this store but after today I wont be back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

First time at this store it was good customer service. I just dont like being told 2 different closing times. One week it 7pm.the next its 6pm . The website says 8pm. Im willing to travel else where to get what I need. This is closes to me but not convenient.

Best customer service I’ve ever seen so far the guy was very helpful he helped my wife all the way didn’t have enough money to get the wig my wife liked he still kept working on it with me and gave me a huge discount to get this wig as my wife’s birthday gift my wife didn’t have a single problem with the wig the customer service was unbelievable and he walked me through every single step through the way I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place shout out to Ayman ask for him whenever your there he’ll know how to take good care of you !!!!!

Wife is going through chemo and buying a wig was very new to us Rodni made the experience a joy and was very knowledgeable about everything. She answered all of our questions and made us feel very confident about our choices. She made extra time for my wife and I. I would recommend this shop for anyone going though chemo.

Drove 45 minutes because theyre the only place around nky that sells 22 clip in extensions. Amazing. Matched my hair perfectly and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also had a ton of beautiful wigs and eyelashes.
