I was exploring the area, the store has basically everything that you may need for your beauty salon, or even person use.

Their customer service is always on point and so are their inventory. The prices arent bad either. I give them 5 stars

Absolutely love this store! I am a regular. The staff is friendly and patient taking the time to help you with products and offering suggestions. They have great variety as well. Although its not the closest to my home, I bypass other hair stores just to go there. Sammys is great!

Large selection on hair, hair wigs, hair accessories, and hair care products. Friendly knowledgeable staff and music that fits the mood. Fun shopping experience.... Oh and check out the hats selection for women pretty fascinating designs

Sammys has a nice selection of wigs, hair pieces and accessories at very good prices. The handbags, hats and clothes grab and your attention and makes the shopping enjoyable. The sales reps are knowledge and friendly. I shop the store frequently.

Staff there is always ready to help you find what you need plus they will offer other items they think you would like. A young lady helped me the last time I was in. She was very corrigle!

Customer service sucks from the young Chinese guy at the register. He has a terrible attitude and never offers to help. They also cheat people out of their money by over taxing. If you look any of the wig prices up, online, you will see they are over charging for hair...I wouldnt recommend this. Go to JC Beauty Supply on Northland...Now they have awesome customer service and great prices...Good luck

The Asian man that worked the back hair counter was very unprofessional!!!! All I asked was to see the hair colors in a particular wig that I wanted to purchase and he went balistic on me it took everything in me to keep my composure and this was my first time in this beauty supply store not a good look for their buienuss at all smh..But I will say that the Asian lady name Suzie was very sweet and defused the situation with his rants towards me by apologizing constantly and gave me a free hair item for my unfortunate experience but I dont think I will go back even thou their store is nice and big and if i do go I will deff be dealing only with Suzie lol but really.

Ms.suzzie is...Awsome!!!!! And love how they give back to the community they serve and love their raffles!!!!!!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and they were supposed to be open from 11am-5pm. Its now 12:45, my 3rd trip back here, and theyre STILL NOT OPEN!!!!
