YUCK!!! First & Last time I ever visit! I bought two packages of human hair, paying full price. Lucky for me I am a mother of 3 girls so I spotted LICE real quick. Yes LICE! I do not live in the area and there was no way I was going to keep that around so after I took pictures I threw it away and the next time I was over by the mall I stopped in to let them know. They did not offer me any type of restitution or refund. I provided the original receipt and the pictures.

I was just in this shop. They treated me poorly like the lady wouldnt even let me touch a wig as other women around me were doing. When I reached out to touch the one I was going to buy (a lace front) she snatches it away from my reach. And asks me if this would be my first wig and I said technically yes to which she says a lace front really with a look of disgust on her face. Like I was to ignorant or to ugly to use that type. Not to mention they acted like I was gonna steal from them. It was really hard for me to even leave my house and go out in public because my hair is falling out due to medications. And it was hard to walk into a place like that. Than to be treated in such a disrespectful manner was utterly wrong. They will never get my business and I had a lot of money to spend on a nice wig.

I got some blue and black braiding hair good.. And they have some good African earrings and some good other earrings also good gold jair pieces..

Buyer beware. I purchased a product from this store on Sunday and did not use it. Returned on Tuesday to exchange it & Julia, if that is her real name,tells me I cant exchange it. She then points at a vague policy on the counter. She was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be patronizing this store any more.

They always have a nice selection and are always pleasant and I actually hear them thanking every customer. Also they let you shop without standing over your shoulder which is a huge plus!
