Cincinnati Jaguar is Fast Friendly and Customer Centered. We own 2 e pace 300’s. I just bought a brand new 2021 yesterday. Jaguar Cincinnati has the best selection around. Especially in covid times when selection is very limited, check them out! Glen made the sales transaction so smooth. I was able to drop my 2019 off for its service and pick my brand new one up in less than an hour, along with Lisa’s help! Customer for life! Love my Jaguars!

Worst experience ever! Had an appointment for an oil change. Never heard from them the whole day so I finally called at 5pm just for them to tell me they didnt get anything done to my car and wanted to keep it through the weekend and maybe get to it on Monday. What is the purpose of an appointment? Totally ridiculous and will never go back. Wasted a whole day and time off work for nothing and still need an oil change.

I had the best experience purchasing my Infiniti. Our salesman Jeff Knollman was very professional and quick to respond to any questions. I actually started the buying process over the phone and then through texts and emails. The vehicle exceeded all of my expectations! Their finance associate, Andy Wise did a great job as well finalizing all the necessary documents needed for the purchase. 3rd purchase over the course of 6 years from them (Anthony Gardner is my salesman) and zero issues at all. He took the time to communicate the options in detail and I’m really happy with my purchase. (I’m always confused with the packages and sometimes one option includes this or negates that... my first defender had unpainted trim which bothered me and he remembered for when we got the 2nd one and the X has painted trim!) either way you’re in safe hands, and you’ll get exactly the car you need when dealing with Land Rover cincinnati and Anthony.

There were no high-pressure selling tactics, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision throughout the buying process. The entire staff I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. Internet Manager Anna Leatherbee replied to my initial online inquiry promptly and professionally. Sales Executive Glen Sullivan patiently showed me a couple of different vehicles I was interested in and answered all of my questions without trying to pressure me into buying today. Great dealership! The staff are very kind and helpful. This dont look down at people because of how they dress or what they drive like some of the other Land Rover dealers in the area. Its worth the hour plus drive there! We get our Land Rover worked on there since they have one of the nicest service department I have seen in a dealership with a small auto museum of old Jags. The pictures are from the off-road course in the back of the dealership. Down side you have to be invited to drive there, but very nice!

Frank Hutson was wonderful to work with. We were in the market for a car for our daughter and he was very patient and honest with us. Removing my 5 star rating as I have found out my wife was tricked into a year extending warranty on a CPO FORM.We expected the warranty advertised on the advertising that brought us in from 3 hrs away to purchase this CPO. Which is 7 years or 100k. We were sold a year extension to factory only. But still billed the advertised purchase price with 7 year certified.When we are introduced to the bill after they decided we had no warranty left on our vehicle. They double billed me for work.Oh and the vehicle was inspected for CPO but we have proof vehicle was in a collision. Also one of the tail lights were the wrong year. Seriously? Says bundles about their inspection efforts.Really left a bad taste in my mouth.

After a lot of research and waiting, I found they had the perfect car in stock. We went in, ready to buy. The staff said our salesman would meet us into the lot for a test drive.We waited in the lot but he never showed up. Went inside, the welcome desk was empty. No big deal, we had to leave but they had our info, they should call us soon, right? No one called. A week later and the car has sold to someone else.This is not the level of service I expected from Jaguar, but maybe I expected too much. We have now focused our search to more customer centric brands.

During the test drive he talked to me about all of the attributes of the vehicle. He discussed them in comparison to other brands which I am familiar with. The service was great. Lee did a great job getting the service work done and getting me a loaner for a meeting I had to make in Columbus. Barney brought me a car and he was great also. This is the reason I use your dealership in Cincinnati instead our closer dealership in Indianapolis.
