Me and my boyfriend go into the Starbucks drive through all the time and this is the first time going to get drinks from this one. terrible experience!! Took 15 minutes to take my order. my expressos didn’t taste strong like how I ordered it. And my kiwi refresher was brown lol

Ordered a Trenta Strawberry Açaí. That’s it. No special requests or anything. They gave me the drink with absolutely no ice in it at all. I shouldn’t have to ask for ice. If anything I should be asking for less ice, or no ice, but not just ice in general. Will never go back

Fast & efficient. I usually order through the app, and it is just so convenient to have a Starbucks inside the store so you can grab a drink real quick before you leave. Staff is generally friendly and I have not have much trouble. I would recommend going to a stand-alone Starbucks, but this is not a bad option.

Bad service they don’t do the drinks well anymore.. they are also rude when taking orders.. they be telling their co-workers that they don’t want to be there and that they want to quit...

Never order a cold brew from here. I don’t know if they even have a cold brew machine. It just h coffee with lots of ice. And when I ask for light cream and sugar I get this monstrosity.

The barista is nice and i love the coffee she recommended.

The short manger lady had a attitude with me I feel like if she doesnt like her job she shouldn’t work there and they kept Messing up my order so I won’t be back and will be contacting Starbucks Corporation with my issue

We all know what Starbucks offers which can sometimes make reviews harder. I go here about once a week and it really is hit or miss. But when its a miss its really a miss. In other words, it takes a lifetime.But because I can sometimes get in and out and the people are usually pretty pleasant Im going with 3 stars.

It breaks my heart to have to leave a bad review/ comment like this about one of my favorite go to stores for coffee. Every time I go to this location either they’re out of whip cream, lines be extremely long and store associates are upset as if they don’t want to be at work or bothered with customers. Usually I redeem star ⭐️ points at this location but was told that they ‘NEVER ‘redeemed star ⭐️ points at this location. Their was new faces there so maybe they didn’t know how to do it or wasn’t trained. In the process I contacted Starbucks 800 number to confirm that they do redeem star ⭐️ points still at this location after being told they don’t or ‘Haven’t Ever’ did such a thing. FYI you will have to redeem coupons at non Target 🎯 locations.

I order a Starbucks coffee from there. They give out good service. The main reason why costumers go there cause the promotion from the picture. It a good way to show costumer what they got but please download app so you could read the ingradient. Plus you get free refill for teas, coffee and ice coffee. Make sure dont confused the barista what you ordering.

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible service, Even after explaining to the barista on how to fix my drink she just could not get it right. Will definitely be driving a little further to get a good Latte.

Been here multiple times since it is the nearest target and Starbucks near me.. I try to stay away and always try to give this place another chance. Here is why you should not come here:1. Incredibly slow-paced and usually long line.2. Poor customer service.3. Place is always filthy. (I.e. messy area where drinks are made, always looks like a tornado hit the place)4. The DRINK that you just paid $5 plus dollars for tasted like garbage. EVERY TIME!If you are reading this avoid coming here at all costs for your coffee fix.

Starbucks is a place to enjoy coffee and chill. Also to the ones that think they dont clean up the place, they do, I accidentally spilled a coffee, and 2 minutes later, a worker came to clean it up. Besides, in my opinion, I think Starbucks is the best place to get coffee, even though it might be expensive, its still worth the taste :)

Terrible customer service. Instead of chatting about their personal life, the baristas should focus on what they’re doing. She messed up one of my drinks and I had to wait for her to re-do it in addition to waiting in line for a while. I am very annoyed with paying $10 for coffee and getting this type of service. They need better training!

If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. The customer service was horrible. Extremely rude to me especially when I gave them a specific drink to make. I got charged extra for removing some of the ingredients and replacing those ingredients with other ingredients. I was not given a receipt, I had to ask to see what I was charged extra for. When she gave me the receipt, it had noting on it.

Their coffee is good as usual. Staff is always friendly. A little issue with cleanliness though.

Was charged twice $9.86 for one order and I still didnt get the correct amount of change returned to me. Only returned like $8.57 even though I showed them my bank account transaction. I just walked away because after saying it twice and getting returned first 4 dollars then 8 I didnt think 1 dollar was worth fussing over. Oh and how it got double charged was that one of the girls told me to enter my card again because it didnt go through the first time.

Today 07/21/2017, for the first time I grab a coffee, Midnight Mocha. One they didnt have one ingredient I let it pass but then they didnt crush the ICE right! I cant even drink it and enjoy it. Disappointed smh

When you need a drink, Starbucks is the best place to go to. They have multiple things foods, and drinks. It is fast when you order wait 10 seconds and there you go your order is ready. It is clean and spotless. The prices are average but they are worth it. When you walk in they are ready for your order or for you to take your order. They serve hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, microground instant coffee known as VIA, espresso, caffe latte, full- and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products, Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers. All of the times i have gone i had good service and it has always been clean. When you go and sit they would check on you every 10 mins so they can pick up the garbage when you are done eating or drinking. Another thing that they have is a drive thru so you can order and go, when you order thru drive thru they are quick with your order. And i have gone thru the drive thru which i have never gotten my order wrong or messed up.

Really bad when it comes to service. The Barista does not know how to make a Vanilla Blonde Coffee. Really Un organized waited about 15 Minutes for my coffee Wow. Really poor in customer service non the less service. Dont Recommend if you are in a hurry to work

This Starbucks employees are lazy. Its a hit and miss with them. I ordered a mocha frappeccino. One time they told me they didnt have anything available that had mocha. Second time they didnt have anything that was a frappeccino because they didnt have any frappeccino (frappeccino order never came into the store.) During the winter I order Cinnamon Dolce latte: excuses for not making them: their machine was broken and didnt have any hot coffee. They already closed the register because there were no customers. (More than 2 hrs of the starbucks listed closing hrs.) Horrible horrible employees. I hate going to this Starbucks.

The service is terrible on a Saturday at 5 oclock in the afternoon and there is no mocha coffee, there is no hot chocolate, there are no breads that are not provided adequately, more this season, it seems terrible to me, the way of answering any question from the staff is disrespectful and lacking training or simple education mtfk !!! I give a star because there is no option of not giving or subtracting
