PRICES ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAID THEY ARE. GAS SUPPOST TO BE $3.44 PER GALLON AND I GOT CHARGE $3.79. I WENT INSIDE AND I JUST GOT A NUMBER WROTE IN MY RECEIVED TO CALL . I KNOW FOSURE IM NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

Very nice and clean place I always get E 85 on this locations.

My credit card got stuck in a gas pump and everyone I dealt with from the store was super helpful and great in helping me get it unstuck all while dealing with a busy store.

HALLELUJAH!!! ...I just want to say thank you Thortons for opening a badly-needed truck stop in this area, it may not be the biggest and have tons of truck parking and showers but its a step in the right direction and to manager Vince keep up the good work, great energy.

THE BLUE BATHROOM LIGHTING IS HORRIBLE.My kid didnt even wana use the restroom. So uncomfortable I myself had to use the bathroom with a flashlight to actually see. Until the bathroom lighting is corrected i wont be back. Oh and the toilets dont even flush.

I don’t care if this place is new. It’s a much needed truck stop but the workers are rude. They talk to you with no respect. I walked in at 8:00 am and there was no good morning greeting I accidentally dropped some food on the floor and when I was about to say something the worker behind the cashier rudely commented why do people make messes and went on with her rude comments. I explained how it was an accident and I was looking for someone to let them know instead she just went on with her rude remarks.

The employees were great and showed me how to use the check out machine. A mask is a must but it is Chicago. The lady who got the coffee for me was very nice. And the Free truck parking deserves an extra 🌟! So there it is!

This is the best gas station in the entire Chicago area. Great gas prices, large convenience store, great bathrooms, etc.

Very nice new Thortons off I-55. Stopped for a FizzFreeze, accidentally scanned the iced coffee code versus the fizzfreeze code (not realizing the cup had both) at self check out and Yesenia was very rude when I asked for assistance. If you dont like your job quit but dont treat customers like garbage. The cherry Fizzfreeze was awesome so I will be back but customer service needs attention.

Man dont come here Im a hard-working Chicago in and I dont care that they have everything nice new and fancy all that stuff is great its a great facility and the employees here on April 21st at 6:39 were not a tentative to me at all I was the only customer in the store and neither could realize that I needed help while considering Thorntons is usually amazing with customer service

2nd. Time here thankfully they are here.

Absolutely ridiculous situation, no one clear the truck stops to snow, every driver shoveling the snow bz when you coming pick up fuel you cant get out,shame for the management.

They have free parking for trucks.. the only problem is the young cashier lady that works here . Very unprofessional and need to be trained.. I was on the store today trying to fuel up my truck... And she was very unprofessional with me..

You have 2 employees working over the counter and not one register was open only ONE Self check out was open. I find that ridiculous how not one register is open and the employees are just standing around looking at the customers wait in line. Is that part of their job ? That is just being lazy!
