My favorite Chevron!

I will never go here. This lady name Jessica (Hispanic) was very rude racist and disrespectful. I requested 10 dollars with my debit card she had the nerve to request for my ID. Somebody need to snatch her out that gas station asking me for a ID using a debit card. If its a debit card and you have the pin # you dont request for ID only a credit card its supposed to be requested. She did it because I am black. This is bad business and I wont be back. When I requested for her supervisor she didnt want to give out any information. I will be reporting her to BBB. She also refused me after i even went to go get my ID just to get this racist lady off my back. Jessica better not be working there anymore if i ever go back there and after I call BBB. Disrespectful! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good place to go. I frequent this station, always clean. Only bad thing is they shut the whole place down for shift change and make you wait. There are two other gas stations across the street. Funny.

This has got to be the worst Chevron on the planet. And thats coming from a loyal user. The staff is rude, they address issues with you will have to take that up with the manger. Another joke, the manager of this place doesnt seem to care about Chevrons reputation or receiving repeat customers. When the manager is a pig and very unprofessional you cant expect much out of other staff with this kind of example being set. I promise that myself nor any of my loyal Chevron friends will be using your products again, ever....

At 8 am friday 31st of august the employee at this establishment fhernanda was by far the worst gas attendee ive ever came across she was rude started yelling at me for no reason and even spewed obscenities at me then ran out the door and left 1to 2 mins later. All because i tried to buy and use y Marlboro online coupon app which. Is clearly on the online listed as a store the participates said theyve never even done one no. w i cant use my last coupon for a day because this horrible woman went off on me and the other guest she should be terminated for the lack there of.................No guest service skills what so ever........

Employee named Fhernanda claims to be the manager of this location. What a joke! Paid inside to pump gas. Fhernanda charged my card $50 and then noticed I selected the credit option. After she charges me, she asks me for ID. I let her know I did not have it on me because I left it at home but I do come to this gas station regualerly since its down the street from my house. She said okay and I signed the receipt. As Im pumping my gas, the pump STOPS at $14.83. I thought that was strange so I looked at my receipt. It obviously says $50. I walk inside puzzled and asked why my pump stopped. She said she STOPPED my pump because I did not have an ID???? Could you have not said that prior to running my card for $50. Or even have cancelled my transaction right after you ran it when I was originally present. Or even walked outside right after you stopped my pump to let me know???? Nothing! Fhernanda had NO REMORSE for what she had done. The humiliation I went through, never again. What a lack of customer service. And this is the manager???? On top of that, she basically pushed me aside telling me she had to help another customer. My words of frustration were not even acknowledged by her. I am a loyal Chevron customer and after being put through this embarrassment, never again. Ill stick to Shell gas station instead. Corporate has been notified of this obscene and unnecessary situation. Chevron lost me as a customer because of Fhernanda. Hope it was worth it!

This Chevron has a good location next to the 805 freeway.

This place is just bad, they close their doors after 9:00 pm, they are still open, but you have to get service throw a small window, and they stop selling lottery scrath off tickets after 10:00 p.m. which is stupid, the cashier are kinda bad, never coming back here, go to the circle K across the street, much better service than this joint

They charge an average of ten cents more if paying with credit card for gas
