40 min wait just to pick up an order....yet the rep never acknowledged me or helped me.... I understand helping the guest in front of you however when you have 3 other people waiting how about multitasking while waiting on the next guest while waiting for copies to be done for the previous guest!!!!!

Highly recommend the print center here! I have a project due today, and Stephen helped me get all 6 project booklets printed and bound the way I wanted them; he was super friendly even though it was early, and helped me figure out the most cost-effective way to get it done (Im a broke student.) He also let me know about other ways I can get printing done in the future, like stapled booklets.

Disappointing.Who want to charge or debit 24 cents for a couple of copies?If you want to pay cash the cost is 25% more and someone has to make the copies for the customer.Another example where retailers are removing the primary contact between the customer and the merchant.Retail is competitive enough, dont lose an opportunity to connect with your customers.

The store manager was useless! He is one of the types of employees that doesnt know how to accept responsibility nor does he TRY to make things right! I shop for our business supplies here, or at least I did! If I could score them with a negative number, I would have! Worst customer service Ive every experienced!

Had a color copy of a drawing done and she did a really nice job with it.

Rude/unhelpful employees in the printing department.. equipment frequently down. I have given this place many chances over the years (mostly because it is the only game in town), but i will not be returning. Sadly, good customer service doest exist much anywhere in Christiansburg.
