I have been going to this store for 11 years, starting from when it was Kinkos. I have had incredible service from Tarah and Melissa over this time and have had them design posters for me, do printing, copying, shipping, and today scanning a lot of info that had to be in different files. From the first time I went there and continuing today, the service, expert work, advice, and help from 2 experienced, creative hardworking and amazing multi-taskers is nothing short of impressive! Also, since the pandemic, it is a safe place to go and a friendly place to go! I dont know what they get paid but it should be more! Thank you Tarah and Melissa for helping me over many years, I hope your talents and expertise does not go unnoticed! Thank you for helping many times in last minute things, being self employed your service has been very important to the success of my business!

I unfortunately spent $230 to overnight a suit for a wedding 2 days in advance. The suit delivered 2 days after the wedding, and I had to rent another suit the day of the wedding. They said there was a weather incident, and they dont offer refunds for weather related incidents. End of story. No refund for shipment. Every step of the way, from the face to face to over the phone, this was the most impersonal customer service I have ever been a part of. Give me a reason why I should ever come back.

They have a lot of options for packing & shipping by ground & express. No freight. Service has been pleasant.

FedEx lost my package and weeks later I receive a voicemail telling me to come to this location to pick up the package before they ship it back to the seller. I came to the store and they didn’t have it. The staff was apologetic, but not at all helpful.

They leave my packages at the mailbox when my house is just around the curve next to the road. If someone steals any of my packages they are paying for it cause we have asked over and over to bring them to the house.

I frequent FedEx all across the country, my experience is always pleasant.This particular day I left with a bad taste in my mouth. The incompetence that Melissa and her other three non experience co workers showed, was very unprofessional. I was encouraged to take my package elsewhere for service. I drive to the other FexEx which was less than 3 miles on (305 Roanoke St) and received professional service from a smaller store with one person that knew what she was doing. I noticed in the other reviews customers were happy as long as they were not shipping items.

I have sent domestic and international packages here, and even the intern employees who serve me know what he is doing. Better service than UPS!

Friendly staff and fast service! I love that this location is open later than many of the FedEx locations in the area, its much less hassle to pick up packages! Highly recommend.

I don’t recall his name, but the gentleman working there was very friendly and efficient. I’m definitely happy to use this Fedex for my printing and copying needs.

So so pleased with this FedEx! After a long day at work, I raced to USPS to quickly send a package. I was very rudely turned away and saw this FedEx on the way home (thank God). There were a handful of customers, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find the best way to ship my package affordably and did everything for me. The store is very spacious and bright and had a nice selection of packing and office-type items for sale. I went from crying to smiling ear-to-ear during my quick five minute visit. This is absolutely where I wil return in the future!

I dropped of my package late, the Friday before Christmas (Christmas was on Tuesday). I was told my package wouldn’t make it by Christmas, which was fine, it’s my fault for waiting till the last minute. However, my package made it there by Christmas Eve! Awesome job FedEx!

Unfortunately our dog is lost (she has since been found), so we have been making fliers and poster to get the word out and hopefully get our dog home again. The people here have been so helpful in a stressful situation. The products are high quality.

Quoted me 740$ to ship a chair. Same chair was shipped for 34$. (yes you read that right, $740.00 USD) Service here is terrible although just a notch better than jumping into a pool filled with glass shards.

I used to own a printing business with digital printers and presses. After retiring, Ive come to love and appreciate the staff in the Christiansburg Kinkos store. Whether you use the self service machines, or ask the staff to handle more complicated items, they are very professional, empathetic and helpful.So far no job has been too trivial nor too large for them to handle.The only downside to using the self service machines is that I dont get to interact with the friendly staff!

Dropped a FedEx overnight package on December 29th. The Center failed to scan it so it got delivered today. JANUARY. FIFTEENTH! What a failure! They need to gut the retail space and expand JimmyJohnss.

Went here many times during my time at Virginia Tech. Never had an issue. Service can be slower during busier times but that is expected.
