Both people Ive worked with recently here were nice. The first sold me a phone that meet my specifications for disability. The camera (very important for m me) was sufficient, but not great. My big problem was the phone kept freezing.When I went back (within the return period) the person I worked with not only got my new phone returned, made sure I was clear about all my options, and also helped me find cost savings.

Will Ballard went above and beyond working with me on my new phone purchase. He was efficient and paid attention to the details as he assisted me with my purchase in Radford while living in Richmond. Will was courteous and professional each time I spoke with him, always encouraging me to call him directly if I had questions. I give the 5 stars to Will Ballard.

I had a previous bad experience here where they just sent me away with a phone number and did not even try to help with my cell phone issue. This time I went in, I was lucky enough to get Tom H. when I walked in and he was so helpful and made everything so easy to get a new phone. Had a great experience with Will Ballard! I live at Claytor Lake, VA, and attempted to replace my broken, inoperable Samsung S9+ at the Dublin, VA Verizon store, but due to low staffing there was easily an hour wait. I drove to the Verizon Fairlawn, VA store and was able to connect w Will. He was expedient and able to quickly define my needs for a phone and he offered insight and education regarding upgrading and saving money at the same time. He works mostly out of the Christiansburg, VA store but covers others as well. Highly recommend him!

I visited Verizons new store in the Market Place shopping center yesterday. This is a much better location with better parking for sure! I met with Will Ballard and he did a fantastic job of getting me set up with my new phone. He knows his stuff and was able to answer all my questions plus he helped me through changes to my plan to help me save some money. Will is a valuable asset to Verizon and he represents them very well!

Went in yesterday for new phone. Will Ballard was OUTSTANDING!! As good of customer service as I’ve ever experienced anywhere. He explained my options thoroughly and was very knowledgeable about products and services. He didn’t try to push me one way or the other...just provided excellent customer service. Took our service from Sprint to Verizon today .We had 4 lines to move over. We had previously went to a Verizon store elsewhere and got up and walked out without phones. Pleased with the customer service I got today at this Cellular Sales store. Im an out of state customer and was in need of some help with my new phone Id purchased back home but didnt quite get the help on setting it up, the sales lady here went over all my questions about my phone and gave me more information that I never even knew. I bought a new LG Velvet phone from Neil yesterday and it could not have gone more smoothly. I had a few questions regarding the phone today, and went to Will. The main problem was that I had no access to my Facebook account. Will worked diligently to resolve that issue, and he and Neil answered all my additional questions. They were both WONDERFUL and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend either one of them if you need a new phone or have issues with your current Verizon phone.NOTE: They have changed locations and are in the new Marketplace shopping center. Their new building should be open in a couple of months.

Will was fantastic, so helpful. I called the day before and he was prepared for me. The phone was updated. We just had to transfer data, etc... It was so easy! This branch just moved to a different in the Market Place shopping center near the Burger King near the New River Valley Mall. Very convenient!

Stumbled across this store by accident they had just set up this temporary location here in Christiansburg as they build what looks like to be a heck of a great location and upscale store. They were the best non corporate store and outstanding and actually better than most corporate stores Id been in. I needed a new phone as I was no longer able to hear on the ear speaker. Will was great. He showed me multiple phones and no pressure I chose the Samsung S20 Ultra. He told me pros and cons but at the end he allowed me to choose under no pressure. I will definitely go back to deal with Will.

Went to the store Saturday as my phone was running out of memory and needed a case that fit in a bike phone holder. Mike took care of me and said for what a SIM card and case would cost he could get me in a better phone that comes with SIM card and much better camera. Actually resulted in a cheaper plan as I had bells and whistles that I never used. Went back today and Eden helped clean up some features that didn’t download from old phone correctly. I also was having issues with my car picking up Bluetooth and Android play. He went with me to the car and set up my media center to recognize the phone and also helped this OK Boomer to use the entertainment center to push Spotify, Sirius XM, Waze, Google Maps, and even Podcasts. Beautiful store, knowledgeable and customer centric customer support.

I had issue with a Verizon overcharge. The agent Lucas, worked with the Verizon folks to get this resolved. Lucas and even the Manager were on the phone and would not accept the standard Corporate answer of basically, so what. I have been using this location for several years, due to the integrity of the fine folks here. If you have Verizon and want a store you can trust, stop in and see them, you wont be disappointed. If you go by they are in a temporary location in the Market Place shopping center, next to the old Walmart, behind the new Burger King.

We went to the new store in the Market Place in Christiansburg VA when I wanted to leave Straight Talk and get on my husbands Verizon Plan. We were greeted immediately by Will Ballard who proved to be a diligent and very professional sales person. He did such a great job with me that we 2 days later brought our son to join and buy a phone from Will as well. I can not say enough good things about Will Ballard or the Verizon store. In addition, we had an issue on Straight Talks end that caused a problem, and I came back to the store when Will wasnt there and another salesman named Kenley immediately got on the phone with Verizon and between him and that phone call, fixed the issue. Will Ballard and Kenley are exceptional employees that I wanted to bring to your attention. Ask for either and you will be SATISFIED with the service.

Was wanting the pixel 5... Out... so settled for the V60 after buying she said she would get me a case and screen protector... Came back 5 minutes later, out of both but said I could drive to fairlawn (20 minutes out of the way closes soon) or come back tomorrow if i wanted to buy one. Then there was a promo for a free 2nd screen?... After checking they pulled the promo 3 weeks ago. Waste of an hour but hey got a phone that came out a year ago that will be slowed down when they release another in 6 months.Update: they sent me a link for the second screen for free so 2 stars instead of 1.New location... Same ol BS

I recommend working with Will Ballard at Verizon to everyone! I upgraded my phone on Saturday and never even left my car! I wanted to purchase a phone case so he brought all of the cases that would fit my phone to my car so I could choose. I noticed over the weekend that my messages didnt transfer over to my new phone and I had given up hope of recovering them but Will called Monday morning to make sure all my data transferred so he could wipe my old phone and was able to back them up to iCloud so I could get them back on my new phone! Thanks for everything Will, if I could give you 10 stars I would! :-)

We were having trouble activating our new Apple Iphone with Apple over the phone. I called the Christiansburg Verizon store and Eden was able to help us out. They were extremely busy in store and I was told that someone would call me back shortly. I was pleasantly surprised when Eden called back and got us squared away.

Although it is a Temporary store, I went in to purchase an iPad that I had ordered. I contacted Will Ballard by phone 3 weeks prior and I was super excited when he called me that my new iPad was in. When I made it to the store I was impressed to find a young business man dressed in business attire with a friendly attitude. He was super helpful and I have nothing but good things to say about this store. They have a friendly environment here and I will definitely return to purchase other items.
