The lady was very helpful and had our best interest in mind

This store was closed during normal business hours! Note on the door said had appointment know time that they left or return time. Waited several hours and store still closed. The customer service here isnt good either!

I know I’m a bit late but i just wanted to say Deanna was so helpful finding me a new phone after it got stolen the very same day. She was super informative and kind to me and was willing to help me the best she can. Overall great customer service!

Use to like boost mobile not sure any more seems like I get put off a lot there needs to be more employees for the amount of customers and service they do. Also a few people cud be more professional. And to put some one on hold have them wait only for u to hang up on them and then when they call back u send right to voicemail not cool

The man didnt open the store until 12:30..THEN after trying to help, he said tbe computer was down. Came home without a phone!

MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS BOOST MOBILE WAS HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY CELL STORE. THE ASSOCIATE, DEANNA NICHOLSON WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. It was aweful. The lady working was rude and did nothing but curse. She tried to keep my money so i had to wait for her to count out her register. She didnt want to really help us with anything. We bought a 220.00 phone and she asked us which case so we thought it came with the phone come to find out she charged us 50$ for it. My phone wasnt even fully connected but she rushed us to go so we sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waitting for full activation.

Excellent service. He activated a new phone from different carrier. Keep my old number and gave me a good deal on a case. He also managed to transfer all my data within 30 minutes and I was out of there with a new device!The store is brand new as well. Really neat and excellent customer service

So I went in today to just ask questions. The two guys in there, I think one was a trainee, either way both were all smiles and very informative. It seemed like they were genuinely going out of their way to save me and my family money. Now Im sure it was just to make the sale but they definitely quoted me a price a lot lower than I had though we was about to pay. Ill be stopping by later in the week for sure.

Customer service was horrible. Lady factory reset phone without asking 😱 then acted like she had done me a favor! Lost alot of important things. Also screwed up my family plan in the computer. It took me 3 months of calling to get that fixed. Prices are always higher.... I could go on and on. Every trip here has been a bad experience. I highly recommend Boost mobile but NOT THIS STORE! Online, or by phone to their 888#

They are hardly ever open! Every time I go pay my bill they are closed and I get there @ a time they should be open. It’s happened 4 different times

My experience today within this store was a joke. I shop local when its possible with was my plan for today the phone my fiance and I wanted was cheaper online but wed rather support our economy locally keeping our neighbors and friends gainfully employed etc. So we come in find the J7 Perx and a gentlemen greets us he seemed like a nice enough guy so I asked him a question in regards to a discounted price for those switching to best but ($100 less than the price available to me as a current boost Mobile customer) he answered yes its more for current customers. I asked a question he answered it done... You would assume that is... Que manager/owner coming over waving his hands in the air telling me I was actually paying $50 less because I was a current customer waving his hands in the air saying if I wanted the other price I could switch to metro then come back to boost. When I said his actions seemed aggressive from a customer standpoint he proceeded to act like your typical whiny brat and walk away talking over his shoulder about taking his aggression elsewhere this didnt surprise me as he had earlier approached with such entitled arrogance most millennials have. The bulk of all the positive reviews here are fake... Including one by an employee spamming reviews (Ive reported this to Google as it is not permitted to spam reviews) Ill be doing further research to see if this is a franchise or a corporate store I dont think this guy is actually the owner and if he is Mom and Dad were super nice to give him the money to open his own store. It gets better. As this ass hat unlocks his phone my finance and I get to hear F@** Me F@#$ Me repeatedly coming from his phone. So Ill be spending my money on Amazon. Its of my opinion that boost should be as concerned with retention of current customers through promotional pricing as much as gaining new subscribers. I hold this store on the same level as the one on the other side of town poor management...

I was ready to leave boost and when i came in shakeal was a big help and fixed all of my issues i have had for the last few weeks. The customer service was amazing.
