Lorin helped me out tremendously. I had an extremely difficult case, needing an unlocked new phone before going overseas. She helped me for hours on multiple days and phone calls, never complaining, answering my million questions, and always with a smile on her face. I also witnessed how she and other employees manage a busy store, always treating others with respect and being efficient. Her quality service was incredible and I’m very grateful for it!

WOW! My daughter and I just received the BEST...and I do mean, BEST customer service in quite a long time. We conducted our business over the phone, but I am SO very impressed with Tyra Clayton to the point that I would travel to her store from Northern Virginia to do business with her again. She was extremely helpful in making sure we had the right plan for our family and the right phones for our family. I am a VT student coming from abroad, so I did not have an American phone number. While the employee that greeted and handled my setup process was nice, the resulting outcome was not nice. I was told that there were only three phone plans to choose from, all of which starts at 60-70 usd per month, the employee did not inform me about the much more affordable prepaid phone plans, while I have, on multiple occasions, indicated that I am looking for the most affordable phone plan. I was told that I will be charged 70 as I get the 15 dollar VT student discount with the 85 dollar plan, and that I will be charged a couple of dollars for activation and taxes and stuff, with my final bill coming out at 130 usd for the first month, I feel kind of scammed. After getting my prepaid plan for 40 a month, I went back to the store for cancelling the plan, the employes attitude towards me shifted 180 degrees, talking to me as if I am just looking for additional trouble-just dial 611 and tell them that you want to cancel. The employee then just stopped talking to me and went to talk to another international student. Overall not a good experience. Dont bother the trouble to go there, just pickup a prepaid from walmart.

Robyn and Jake were very polite and professional while assisting me to change my contract and upgrade a second line. Lorin was able to jump on and work through some technical issues from my grandfathered plan. The manager Randall was so helpful, he was very friendly. He did all he could to help my husband and I get phones at the best price. He didnt rush, told us everything he was doing every step of the way. He figures out the best way for us to join AT&T. I highly recommend him!

Very very good service and help. Especially from Tyra who’s very helpful and resourceful. As such, the employees don’t have much power in controlling technical aspects, but Tyra helped me restore my account by pulling various strings.

I was in the middle of a 2 week road trip when my phone stopped working. I called the store and spoke to Laura, explained my situation and made plans to go to the store first thing the next morning when they opened. She was there waiting for me and went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me select a phone and make sure that everything was set up for me. She really made a situation that could have been very stressful a very pleasant experience instead. In fact the whole staff was very pleasant and I truly enjoyed my experience there. I am a very grateful customer.
Very unprofessional, stood at the door for ten minutes waiting on some help. They didn’t even acknowledge I was even there. I understood that they were busy but they didn’t even take a quick second to welcome me and explain that it was going to be a minute before they could get to me. Very unprofessional!

I love everyone that works there. The manager Lauren has been very helpful. She is helped me with everything Ive had a question about whether I call her on the phone or come in the store shes right there for me. I think that if you gave a pay raise by the store that store could use a pay raise everybody. They have all been very polite and very helpful. I am so happy that I came to this store.
Even amid the health crisis i was welcomed into the store. We practiced social distancing and we were still able to get what I needed done. It’s always a great experience, even if I have a challenge, they rise to the occasion to help me find a solution.

This is hands down the best AT&T authorized retail store we have ever been in. Lorin Vincent was so knowledgeable, helpful and, most importantly, patient. My problem was resolved and I was totally satisfied. My husband was helped by a new employee who worked on the problem until it too was resolved. The Geek Squad couldnt help him but she did! I strongly recommend the AT&T retail store.

I do not have the words to express my gratitude to this store. I ordered an LG G8X over the phone from ATT. I am from out of town and working in the area. ATT shipped the phone to my jobsite in Christiansburg. The order did not have the dual screen case in it when it arrived. It was Friday and I was headed out of town and needed the phone functional. I went into this store and right away the staff cared. They contacted there manager who kept sending my problem up the ladder until someone within the company got in contact with LG and explained my situation to them. LG agreed to reimburse them for the dual screen case so they gave me one out of there inventory. ATT didnt come close to offering such a good resolution as this authorized retailer did. Now I am happily writing this review on my dual screen. I want to thank all the staff for such amazing service and compassion. You have a customer for life now.

Worst store, in the future if I ever go back to AT&T I have learned from my experience to only handle business over the phone and not to go in to this retail based store ever again.
I know you sell direct TV but you could stop watching long enough to answer a couple questions. Like I guess they got answered but not with eye contact. I was surprised walking in that the store was empty.... No surprise when I left though.
I went to this store to get my line switched from family plan to a prepaid gophone plan. This happened through two days. First day when i went, they told me i could pay the remaining balance on my phone and then they would be able to switch my account. I did that, and then for some reason i had to leave for home. They said they could finish the process the next day and that i could come back - no issues.When i went there the next day they said they apparently said they could not do it because i needed to have the family plan account holder with me (they said i did not need them to be with me the previous day).I live far from this store and being the only store in the area i had no option but to drive here. I also felt like they were a bit too casual the second time i went and did not take me seriously, which is what encouraged me to leave a review even further.I just wasted my time going back and forth without achieving anything. I just ended up paying a lumpsum amount for my phone with the promise that i could switch my plan, but at the end they said i could not do it.

This store is all about the sales, they will sell hard with no intention of keeping their word.Horrendous customer service.They are not a corporate AT and T store only affiliated.Go elsewhere to Best Buy or order online but stay away from this storeThe staff turnover tells the real story !!!!
