I pulled in behind a car that was being waved into a bay by a tech, no one else was present so I waited. As I waited another tech came out, started telling me in an angry voice I should pull into the empty bay that I was going to lose my spot.... he proceeded to waive the truck behind me into the empty bay. I decided to leave, as I backed out another tech came over, asked if I was leaving, I answered yes and he apologized for the other techs behavior.I have to imagine he witnessed the techs behavior.I took my business elsewhere where it is appreciated and where I have some value.BTW..Tried calling the number in the response, goes straight to voicemail.

This place has been doing such bad job that the past 3x I have been going here they havent changed my oil filter I thought they were doing it untill i noticed yesterday when i tried to do my own oil change that the filter is stuck on the housing and its still the OEM filter they have been lieing and taking advantage of people so be careful when you guys go to this jiffy lube they dont care what happens to your car as long they get paid. I called the manager about this problem he said he doesnt care that if I wanted it fix to pay for another oil change. wow worst manager ever didnt even try to apologize or accommodate anything because he donest want to accept the truth that his crew plus him self arent taking the proper steps to do their job..

Minor bump at the beginning of service, but it was fixed promptly at my convenience. They even filled my tires to spec and cleaned the windshield. Tons of places couldnt care less.Great group of guys working here 🙌

ConManagement was too hard to get a hold for any resolution. Got hung up on.Reached out to corp wasnt much help.No one reached out until I made my decision not to go back.

I had to stay in my car while they serviced it. When it came time to pay, they took my charge card into the office and held it for a few minutes--meaning that they could take all the card info and use it for other fraudulent transactions (not necessarily at Jiffy Lube). This is a poor procedure and I will have to keep a watch over my next bill and possibly get a new card.

Close to closing time and the two guys helping me with my oil change also helped me try to pinpoint another issue that started happening as I was driving there. They took time to run tests on my charging system and narrow the issue down to ignition coils. This was a relief knowing it wouldnt be as expensive as another starter. Much appreciated and would return for service in the future based on this experience.

Hunter K was awesome, as was the entire staff. Quick and very professional. Helpful and honest.

They performed the work quickly and neatly, paid attention to Covid-19 safety practices, and were polite and respectful.

EDIT: Ill leave the OG post up for reference purposes only. Initial VERY BAD review changed.Jiffy lube made it right. I contacted their customer service dept and they got back to me, explained their prices, services, etc. We did find out that their technicians are required to get a signature from the customer on the expected price of service. They failed to do that, so they REFUNDED my pull change in total. I even told them, thats not fair, you still gave me a service, just refund HALF. They said no, we failed our business practice and our own rules. We will give you our ALL back in a refund and hope you come back.Jiffy lube, youre awesome and you know how to treat customers and have business integrity. Good jobINCREDIBLY overpriced and downright shady business practices. Never gave me a price until AFTER work was done. Price was nearly DOUBLE any local competitor, and labor cost was on par with hiring a lawyer. $44 for less than 10 minutes of work... thats $260 an hour to unscrew/screw in a plug and dump a liquid in... and then they forgot a gasket ring, and my oil is leaking in my garage and driveway.Ill do it myself again or go to the dealer. TOTAL waste of money, Ill go else where from now on.

These guys are crooks. They took advantage of my elderly mother by overcharging her for a oil change. I called them and all they gave me was excuses. I will be contacting the district manager to file a official complaint. Stay away from the these low lifes.

Straight up no customer service skills. Employee was rude in the morning at 8:00 a.m. during opening the price wasnt the issue just didnt want to be a customer after that point avoid this place. Youre better off getting service at you local independent mechanic shop better price too.

I came in for an oil change. The guys were immediately able to take my car in. My kids were in the car but done within 10 minutes. I received positive attitudes and customer service throughout my visit. The guys worked as a team, very efficient.

My experience with Jiffy Lube has always been positive. On my most recent visit, the mechanics stayed after hours to replace a fan belt that was missing for a very reasonable price. They were professional, respectful and knowledgeable.

It says they lube and oil, and I asked to lube one area and their response they dont have that grease fitting.Stick to give what we are paying for.

They don’t accept coupons at this location and I told them I had one before they started. When I went to pay to said they don’t accept them. They were going to let me leave without putting my air box back together with the clip they dropped out of my car.

The service men were very good to me. Just when I got home oil was dripping from my vehicle. It seemed when they removed the oil filter they just let the oil poor on everything and didnt clean up the mess just left it.

Had an oil change and air conditioner recharge. Needed to go back today my air didnt seem cold. The young men were incredibly helpful and efficient. I had receipt in hand but didnt ask to see it. Recharged it while I sat in my car!

Got there early right when they opened. I was out of there in 15 minutes! Great job Good friendly service and Covid safe

It was my first time at this location and when I called they said it could be about a 25min process. When I got there they remembered that I called and the info they looked up for me for my car and took my car right away. I was only waiting maybe 10 mins and they completed my oil change and I was out of there before I knew it! Every employee was friendly and helpful. Very glad I went to this location in Chino!

Untrained supervisor tried to service my car without the right tools. He damaged the screws of the cabin, got mad and slammed my door 3 times! Then he rushed me out (rudely) and I had to get off my car and close the hood myself because this person didnt know how.Jiffy lube is not low cost service, if they want to compete with the service provided by dealerships, they should train their crew (customer service as well) and provide the right tools.

I paid $100 to just change the oil, oil filter, check the air filter and add windshield washer fluid. They did not checked my tires, clean the outside my windows nor vacuum (per their advertisement on their website for the service I paid for) nor they checked anything else even though it was checked on my invoice that they performed. I drove in with a warning on my dashboard light that my left front tire was at 33 psi and clearly they did not check my tires because after 3 miles of driving my warning still on my dashboard. Pulled over to a gas station and filled my front tire to 36 psi. the warning light went off and my dashboard now says 36 psi on the front left tire after driving couple of hundred yards after I pulled away from the gas station. There are 30+ items marked on my invoice that they supposedly had done to my vehicle but only 4 items were actually done.

Staff was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. The staff gave me maintenance recommendations, but werent pushy and the service was fast. I was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you!

Not offered the same service the bay next to me got. Tech said he could get him a deal plus 10%, yet I was never asked if I had a coupon or am a veteran (which I am). Plus they just added water to my wiper reservoir and deluded what little I already had.

I went in about a month ago for an oil change and tire rotation. Ever since I had bad alignment with my steering wheel slightly turning left. I did not have this problem before. They must have done the tire rotation wrong on purpose.

So grateful for Chino Jiffy Lube and the staff this morning. Got a flat tire on the way to take in my girls to Lugo, And even though my tire wouldnt accept any more air they were nice enough to put the spare on for me so I could take it somewhere to get fixed. Technically they didnt have to do that but Im very grateful they did.

I would not recommend going to this location ever. My first time trying a Jiffy Lube location and I am very disappointed. The rude and snobby attitude from Hunter was one of the worst I have ever dealt with. He acted if he was entitled and had very poor customer service. Jiffy Lube will lose customers from his demeanor. Horrible attitude. Hunter should definitely not work with people.

Todays visit was not for a good reason. Ive been taking my car here for oil changes, and allowed them to do a tire rotation on the last visit. Today I took my car to the dealership for a 36k mile checkup, oil change, etc. At the end I was informed the dealership could not do the tire rotation due to the lug nut being stuck on one of the tire studs. I needed to drive back to Jiffy Lube to see if they would fix it, since they did the last rotation. The good news, they said they would fix it at no charge, but since I didnt get my tires rotated theyd do that for me as well, but charge me. When I informed the service manager that my dealership was cheaper, he discounted the rotation to $1 cheaper than they were. Doesnt cover the extra time or gas I lost due to having to make this special trip, but hey, I guess it was a nice gesture. However, this was the only good part about today. As I watched the techs surround my car, as if theyd never seen a stripped stud replacement before, I asked the service manager if they knew what to do. I was even more concerned after watching the tech bang on the wheel hub/rotor, while looking up for myself how to replace a stud and the article stated do not bang on the wheel as it may damage the wheel bearings (granted this is only one articles advice). Once completed, I got in my car and drove away, but once on the road, it immediately started to vibrate. I was absolutely afraid one or more of my tires was about to fall off. I turned around and drove right back and let them know that I either had a flat (which I know I didnt) or they screwed up on securing the tires. Sure enough, the right front passenger tire was not secure. Fortunately for me, it didnt fall off on my way out of the parking lot. Lets just say I wont be visiting this location ever again. Be warned, if you allow them to do anything with your tires. Hopefully nothing more happens to my car due to this snafu.

Worst Oil change customer service I have received from a jiffy lube! I told them I had a coupon that he said he used and then when I drove away and checked my receipt he hadn’t. There were two other employees listening to crude loud music in the corner laughing and cussing. And on top of it they didn’t clean my windows, check my fluids or reset my oil filter light. I was very disappointed with my service especially since I have been going to a different jiffy lube for years and expected the same level of service for $50!!!

Dont ever go here! I went to go get an oil change, and left with battery problems! They were trying to sell me a new battery accusing me I needed it because they had trouble starting my car. I already know my car needs new starters but I didnt need a new battery because I purchased one from AutoZone a year and a half ago. Now all day since Ive left Jiffy Lube, my battery is drained and having actual problems now. 😒

Overall the staff is ok. I had several of my cars serviced here and the wait has improved a lot. The pricing is a little expensive for the work but its a chain so I guess you have to expect that. I didnt give them 5 stars because they offer charged me for a service that was quoted over the phone at 1 price and nobody could fix it when I realized the mix up (after I paid and was at home) but they offered to discount my next oil change. Well see how that goes next time.

My visit-5/19/18. Went here for an oil change. Customer service was terrible went downhill from there. My Honda 260000 miles running strong. They stripped my drain plug whole was actively leaking and did not tell me. Just a week after the oil change car started having issues. Thats when I noticed the oil leak from drain plug. Had some work done on the car and was told there was brake fluid in the transmission. I called Jiffy Lube corporate and the manager and they did nothing. manager said was going to give me a refund at the very least but never happened. They sabotaged my car all because we got off on the wrong foot. I paid 60 plus dollars for them to ruin my car and cost me more money. First time ever going to a shop and never want to do it again.

One of the bad place to go and change your oil. They have zero customer service. If you talk with them they will tell you give me your money and if you dont want to come again, do not come!!!! What a shame from this bad place. If I can give them below zero, I will do it.

The service and a guy working here sucked me a lot. I went to this place 6/10/17 around 4pm to ask for old change. When the guy gave me an estimate of my service which was $65.24, he asked me to sign for this amount. I double checked and made sure with him that I would sign for this $65.24, and I signed. After 20min, he called me to pay and he ended up charging me around $80. Pretty sure he made a mistake about telling me the amount. Im ok with a mistake because I understand everybody makes mistakes. However, his attitude toward me was not a professional at all. I asked him to apologize or just say sorry about that mistake. I would be fine with that. But he never apologized and said he did nothing wrong. How the hell he said that. No idea, he has some problem. Never go back again.

I love love this place it dont matter what time these guys are professional make you feel at home and there service is fast.

I just want to say how grateful I am for all the guys at the jiffy lube on pipeline and riverside ave. Long story short my car had the wrong oil in it and it shut off on me when I went to target with 3 kids and myself in this 100 degree weather. I had my car towed to jiffy, then my key battery coincidentally died smh after a check engine light came on. They hooked up the engine code reader to it, which stated it had the wrong oil. One of the jiffy lube workers drove me to my house down the street to get my spare. And BOOM. it turned on and was fine after the oil change. Omg what life savers for me and my kids. They didnt mind helping me at all, pushing my car into the garage or anything. Like in this heat.....I am so grateful....like seriously....best customer service ever. One day when Im in a better position Id like to do something special for them. I cant be more thankful.

Uber has the worst customer service over the phone and in person they say theres nothing they could do and just keep sending out emails to their specialized team.It has been over 3 months and their so called specialized team isnt so special. They havent been able to resolve my problem. They just keep giving me the run around and no straight answers as to why I cant go online thru the app. If I was able to give this company negative stars I would. Luckily I have been working for Lyft who have always treated their drivers and passengers with more respect. Grant it..both companies take the lions share of the fares. Uber takes about 65% if not more and Lyft takes about 45% maybe closer to half but at least Lyft puts the money back into making the company better from what they say. Keep in mind this place is just one of their hubs where Uber does their vehicle inspections. The Jiffy Lube guy did a great job on my inspection when I first signed up but the Uber girls working there looked miserable working there not happy at all to be working there. I am sure they have heard it all from many drivers so they just become numb to it. The owner of Uber is horrible at whatever it is that he supposedly does..incompetent and completely scamming his investors out of their money and its sad that they dont see that Uber will be going bankrupt pretty soon at this rate anyone that follows his lead well good luck to you.

I guess just the Sunday shift being lazy and not putting the effort into and realizing like he did in 5 min that my oil plug and washer were just worn out. they said it was seized in with a metal sleeve and the other jiffylube in San dimas found nothing wrong. Ill always keep coming to them.

I pulled up for an oil change, the tech just looked at me and went back to working on a Silverado. So I park and walk inside. Nobody even comes into the office or looks there either. When I ask another tech about where I need to go, he says to pull up to the drive through. Well, 2 other cars pull up and all he can say is that I can park up front and Okay. Not coming back to this location. Why waste my time here when he cant let a customer know I was next in line. Thats not exactly looking out for the customer. The 2nd customer who pulled up, everyone recognizes, so I guess a regular is more important than a new local customer.

I was never so disappointed in a Jiffy Lube the way I was treated because of being a Uber Driver that needed my car check. Which took Hour and Half for them to check??? David inform me that I was not a paying customer so I needed to wait for two cars getting oil changes really? Uber should not use this facility if were treated different from any other customers. Cars came after I was there which a ten minute check came out to Hour Half wanted the manager but of course today was his day off. I will not be back to this location.

RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF! jiffy Lube $86.99 for a synthetic oil change! Walmart $45.00. same synthetic oil/filter. Same job! Tech pulls my daughters car in, opens hood, and begins working on my car before I was Hit with $86.99 for an oil change. Very unethical! Probably illegal. Also technicians doing $500 brake job (on the side). No brake job prices on the price chart because they dont offer that service. Curious? Going here for 20 years. NEVER AGAIN. Ventura the tech was very professional.

I drive for both Uber AND Lyft. Had my car inspected Yesterday for Uber at another location. The inspection was free and didnt take long at all. However the Lyft imspection here at THIS location was a RIPOFF. The inspector (LEE) walked around my car once and didnt check ANYTHING. Then he wanted me to pay $25. So when I called him out about actually doing his job another guy (tall white dude with facial hair) says they will inspect it properly. So they put the car on a lift and remove the tires to check the brakes (even though the form indicates that ISNT part of the inspection. They STILL didnt check anything else. But they see a chip in my windshield that is less than HALFan INCH in total diameter from end to end and FAIL my car. Bear in mind I just purchased this car 6 days ago and it were a true safety issue the dealership would have to fix it before they CA sells. My car passed at the other UBER location AND the inspector (LEE) was ready to pass me at this location until I complained about him actually doing their job. If you see that someone isnt going to pass tell them upfront before you charge them $25 and let them go fix it. Folks If they are willing to screw me over for $25 they will defiantly screw you over too. DONT GO THERE THEY SUCK.

Horrible customer service, i am here for an Uber Inspection. When i arrived there was no one waiting for an oil change. As i am waiting to be called, 2 cars arrive for an oil change and they are processed before me and i have to wait for them to ve completed. Normally this wouldnt be an issue, but i am on my lunchbreak. I even expressed my situation and was told i had to wait!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!
