Customer service is no longer available here. 5 hours for an oil change and they didnt reset my sensor light. Had to take it to another location to be helped. They used to be really nice and exceptional but now poor overall service from both people I encountered on Saturday.

They WILL upset you.DO NOT TRUST...asked if they install 3rd party brakes that I, the customer purchased(they arent allowed to install)...instead of being honest they tell me to come in anyways and try to delay my rotors need replacing. I said Im a car guy and ik they are still good. They mocked me and said I wasnt really and then proceeded to argue with me. Very rude and will try to take your hard earned $$

I am not a local guide. My reviews are not sponsored, endorse or paid. Americans Tire was my first choice. Big O Tires who was the runner-up. In the long run I ended up going with Big O Tires cuz the wait time was shorter than Americans Tire. The best part was the service manager who put our vehicle priority first over others due to having our kids with us was a great relief. I may reconsider Big O Tires the go to shop when the rubber hits road. They nailed the customer service with no Flats about it.

This is not my normal Big O, I usually go to the Rancho location because I live closer to that one. That location was not able to accommodate my full size truck on the Alignment Rack, but the Chino location was able to help me out. I would suggest anyone go to this location for their car needs

One star is given due to the unprofessionalism and lack of business ethics and morals of your Manager Jose Ramirez...He is currently a witness to a traffic collision in your parking lot and has given a false statement regarding the incident...His blatant lie now has my wife and I fighting for the outcome we deserved from the beginning due to another drivers negligence...accidents happen and we were completely fair to the other party involved...Perhaps he believes he is helping the other party due to their length of time being a customer...However due to Mr.Ramirez my family,the company I work for with their fleet of vehicles and myself will NEVER support Big O Tires...I personally will let anyone looking for a tire shop know that Big O is not the place for them...UPDATE...10-21...We won our case against other drive as arbitration ruled other driver was 100% at fault...

Justin is awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They got everything done quickly and with no hassle. The price was average you’d expect for a set of new shoes for your car. The tires looked great. The ride home was smooth! Highly recommended.

Went here for the first time and Fred was super nice ! I had no idea what I was doing and he explained everything to me. Sometimes people at car places are very pushy /salesy but he seemed very genuine and only suggesting what I really needed .Definitely recommend this place - specially when Fred is there :)They also have a nice waiting area with drinks and tv

Took my truck in for a basic oil change. One day later the oil filter had fallen off. I had my truck towed back there so they could install a new one and they had stripped 3 of 6 lugs when removing the passenger tire. No one ever apologized. I dont do normally do reviews but this is unreal.

Took our car in for an alignment. We had an appointment at 8 am.2 1/2 hrs later car was finished. Unfortunately tech did not align within margin. We called him out on it. He said to bring it back and it will be adjusted. Brought it back in and tech said even though the tires were out of the specs, it wouldnt impact wear on the tires. Really? He said we could use our one time free adjustment. Why would we have to do that when we paid to have the tires adjusted in the first place??? In closing, poor workmanship, coupled with poor customer service

I leave in the city for over 20 years and this is my first time to visit this facility. I normally come back to the place that earned my trust.I stop by to this shop this morning to have my truck for alignment and when they’re all done, they told Me that it’s very minor and went ahead and made the adjustments, you can’t be too honest than that, on top of it, Justin offered the free alignment check since it’s very minor. Other facility would have probably charge me for the full price.Kudos to you guys, you definitely earned my trust and will come back for future tire needs.

My family and I always come to big o tires because they are honest, fair, fast service, and actually care for customers and their vehicles. For example I just got new tires and brakes today and they made it happen even towards the end of the day. George and Justin made it happen. Everyone there is very professional! Fred always hospitably greets me by my first name and displays the utmost courteous service. I commend him for his professionalism and integrity. I brought in my car before 10:20 for a simple tire patch. I told them I need to pick up my kid by 12 noon and they told me no problem. By 11:55, I saw a mechanic with my car key in his hand just about to bring my car to the back. I went to the counter and ask if they were just about to start? Anyway, by that tome I just cant wait for them, so I left. During my wait, there was a family came in after me and left within an hour. I have no idea how they got their car done way before me, but I aint going back for sure.

I just want to thank Fred and everyone else who works there! They went above and beyond on my car today knowing that I have just been in an accident. Thank you guys for taking the time I highly recommend this place

Big O Tires is a great, friendly, well-priced establishment. I was greeted with a smile and treated like family right from the start. I thought I needed my brake pads replaced when I came in. George was very helpful, checked out my car and let me know that my main issue was my control arm and that it was important to fix. He even took me out to my car to describe in detail what was wrong so I could fully understand which I really appreciate. He also let me know that while the brake pads are a little worn down, its not something I would need to immediately fix unless I wanted to. I really appreciate an honest business. If you need a repair, I highly reccomend Big O Tires in Chino!

I checked prices for my tires online and these guys had the best prices, I called and the made an appointment and installed my tires in less than one hour. They let me know I needed new rear brakes, and I went back online to check local mechanics and again they had the best price. The Store Manager is great!!

I made an appointment over the phone. They told me it would take 1hr. When my wife brought the car in they told her 4 hours. Why even take appointment? These guys will work on new paid alignment faster than someone that paid for a 1year alignment

Recommend you go somewhere else, if it is not urgent .I got almost flat and I dont want to risk it, no choice to go here.They made my steering wheel very dirty.They didnt notify me after they done the job.No one @ the Front desk when I returned to pick up, I glad some one called them, the ringtone made their stuff showed up (I was planning to call the same time)

I came here because I got a flat tire and needed to repair it asap. Alexander was the guy that Assisted us. Im very thankful for the extra level of customer service he gave he unfortunately had some bad news proceeded to show us how bad the alignment is on our car. We just purchased it from a dealership 2 months ago and he advise us to take it right back since that isnt right for the car to be in this condition. I appreciate the text step he did for us or else I wouldnt have know about all of this. I will continue to come here all because of him. Thanks again Alexander.

When ever you have your car fixed it will take some time. They did a good job on my alignment, oil change, new spark plugs,air filter,transmission flush. I was very pleased with their service . Mechanics here are very helpful.

My wife went there to get a nail in the tire fixed and they first thought they couldnt fix it but ended up working around it by taking out the tire completely and patching it. They were honest with my wife and saved us buying a new tire which would have cost north of $150.

This is why I always go to Big O!Went in for a leaky tire, and because i was tired if filling it with air every other day. Once I went in there was literally no wait and they took my keys and told me they would fix it. Originally they quoted me approximately 30 minutes. No extra sales techniques or upselling, just asked what my problem was and told me how they would fix it.About 10 minutes later they were done with my tire and showed me the gnarly nail they removed from it. The manager asked me if I had ever been there before. When I told him I had, he said the patch was on the house this time. I always get excellent service here and everyone is happy to do the job. Will go back and return. Thanks guys!

Seems most of the reviews here are excellent, however ours is not. My daughter entered the store with her Big O Tires paid invoice for Big O brand tires. Tech Jordy proceeded to input data from the paid invoice as tires were originally purchased in SF Bay Area, Jordy explained there would be a fee for labor, removal of weights etc. for a rotation and balance. My daughter proceed to explain all should be free. Jordy argued with my daughter until my daughter demanded her keys and invoice, she left upset and frustrated. I learned the details of her visit. I asked Fred the manager for an apology from the owner of the store two and a half weeks ago, weve heard nothing from anyone. Im very mechanically inclined, my daughter is attending collage away from home. I have a big issue with any automotive type business not being truthful and honest with a female customer or any customer for that matter.Awaiting your response Big O,Dissatisfied Dave

Bad experience with Big o tires when in for a alignment and they mess up my rack and Pinion it was only days before I had installed by my mechanic. Big O Tires didnt tie down the tie rod and torn the boot on rack pinion luckily my wheel did not come off my vehicle and it cost $700 to install another new one that they didnt want to pay. I would think anybody who goes there to think twice and if you do make sure make them check everythings twice before you leave...

I had an very unexpected car problem on Memorial day weekend with my car and blew a radiatior hose I just happened to breakdaown in front of the Big O tires in chino hills now I know the name says Big O tire but the service I got from Fred Salazar the service Manager lets me know that even if its not a tire problem they guys will do their very best to get your car fixed right, for a fair price and for the price they quoted.

Bought 4 tires last September. Terrific service initially. My only advice would be plan ahead with an appointment if possible. This location can become very busy.

This Big O tire location in Chino can never perforn an alignment right. My can is in new condition and never been crashed. Yet a simple alignment can not be accomplished. After wait over 90 minutes my car came out from their shop worst then it went in. The steering wheel is way off and it pulls to the left. What a waste of time and money. Good luck if you choose to use them. Hope you dont care about you car if you go there.

I bought a lifetime alignment for my 2004 Tacoma from the West Covina store. Ten years later I sold my truck to my father-in-law and I told him to take the truck to Big-O in Chino for future alignments since he lived there. I had no doubt they would honor the lifetime alignment because Id been a loyal customer since I purchased my truck in 2004. I was disappointed to hear they aligned the truck once as a courtesy but would no longer honor the lifetime alignment because the truck had been sold! The Big-O in West Covina never indicated my lifetime alignment would be voided if I sold my truck. When I talked to the manager of the store (who was cordial and professional), he maintained the alignment was invalid because I sold the truck. I expected a seamless transition of service from me to my father-in-law but that did not happen- too bad.

I love this place. They give me honest advice and dont try and add more services like most places do. I go for what I came for and dont feel sold or hassled.

I had a damaged leaf spring. So I took it in to see what it would cost to replace it and get a 4 wheel alignment. They told me that the axle housing was bent and the whole rear end and leaf spring would need to be replaced. They quoted me 3600 for the repair 2000 being a junk yard replacement housing. 700 was for the new leaf spring(which is what one costs) and the rest was labor and tax. I didnt get the work done because I didnt believe the housing was bent and after several trips to other shops it cost me 350 for a new leaf spring from toyota I got on ebay, 1 hour to install and the price of a 4 wheel alignment. I had also went in previously to see if they could change all my wheel studs which I had already bought from Toyota. They said they wouldnt install other peoples parts even though they were still in the bag from Toyota. I find it odd that they will use a junk yard rear end but not a factory bag of wheel studs. I wouldnt even buy tires from them at this point.
