Megan and the Coffee Bean staff are super friendly and provide quality customer service. They are near my job so I go weekly. I went the location near my home and this Chino Hills location prepares drinks much better by far! Thank you Megan for your cheerful energy, great drink suggestions, and willingness to make things right. It’s very much appreciated!

Aloha! Best coffee in town. It’s been here since I was in high school. Still looks so new. There’s just something about coffee bean that makes it different from others. Staff friendly and helpful.

I must say that this place has really good coffee and it also has little pastries and things that you can eat. It is a really nice atmosphere and a comfortable place where you can sit and just relax and have coffee and a pastry. You can bring your laptop there and just do some work as well.

At first I liked CBTL then one time many years ago decided that since I can not taste the coffee in their Original Ice Blended Mocha it was not worth the price. Now I can not get enough of it. Less strong caffeine so that it does not affect my sleep. I especially like their PomBlue smoothie.

Better than star bucks

They just charge me .25 for water after I just spent $20 for coffee and food. Such a bad customer experience to have to run your credit card for .25 for water after your a paying customer. This place used to be much better then Starbucks but I was working out of Starbucks yesterday and I did the same thing I got food and coffee and needed a water after an hour and I was give the water with no issue and no charge. Not coming back here again I hope the .25 was worth it.

Very nice atmosphere and convenient, the counter help was very helpful in making suggestions. There were some local law enforcement officers there as well and they were treated with respect, humanizing them while joking around.Keep up the good work Coffee Bean staff👍🏽

Black forest is my favorite, I dont know why theyre not more store around. I really like the atmosphere here, inside and outside. My drinks were made to perfection, wish I had a store closer to my home. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone wanting a good coffee drink.

Coffee Bean and tea leaf is my favorite coffee place and chain coffee chain there is. Their coffees are great as well as their other choices for snacks and pastries. I know I feel like going there every time I see one.

A better alternative to Six-bucks. Mocha Cold Brew season. Has a great flavor! Enjoy yours!

Worst CBTL Ive ever been to. Their customer service is seriously lacking and theyre always out of certain food items.

My register lady was nice and well mannered. She was also my barista. Made my mocha latte perfect!

It is a perfect spot to escape your home to study!!! No one bothers you and the staff is friendly :)

Amazing coffee but unbearable place to study. Wifi wasnt just slow, it essentially doesnt even work for all practical purposes. Temperature inside was hotter than hell. Took my delicious latte over to Starbucks to actually get some work done.

Needed a quick caffeine rush. Came here because it was nearby. Asked what kind of beans they had, they told me they had just regular beans. Double espresso over ice with regular beans was just that. Regular. three stars.

This place just kicks Starbucks in the taint, not even close. Not only is the coffee better but the ice blended drinks as well, better blended so the ice is finer and easier to drink with a straw.Much better flavor than Starbucks overall which I will only get when nothing else is available.Oh yeah, get the new Cookie spectalulous or some name like that....soooo good but better when you ask for extra cookie

This is not regarding the coffee but their wifi connection doesnt work or doesnt allow me to work 2 out of 2 times, I tried and it did not work. Also, they heat pastries out of a microwave. Maybe other CBTL locations are different. Probably not going to come back. If you need wifi go across the street to Chick-Fil-a.

Alex is the very best Associate that I have ever had the pleasure of being a Host that accommodated me at a Coffee shop. I have been to StarBucks, Yum Yum Donuts, rhe E-Bar and various other doffee places. Also, Fontuna, Supervisor, helped me on a couple of occasions. They were very Professional, very Customer Oriented and very Polite.The Coffee Bean in Chino Hills is now the MAIN coffee shop.for me and several friends that I introduced to.the Coffee Bean in Chino Hills.

Lived up in Chino for over a year for school and this became my go to place to study almost every night after school. The vibe of the place is night and helps me focus. The drinks are great my personal favorite was the caramel ice blended. The staff was generally friendly & polite but i have had a few instances where a barista or two would give a little attitude, but overall most were very friendly. Holly was my favorite barista, very friendly and sweet girl~ go to her for the best Malibu Dream :)

Its 8:01 on a Saturday morning and Ive already been awake for two hours, thirty minutes of those two hours Ive been on the road. Im pretty grumpy right now, but you know what MIGHT cheer me up? My nice, hot cup of coffee. You know what MIGHT make me even grumpier? Unfriendly, inattentive employees at the coffee house.As I walked into the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, I made immediate eye contact with and smiled at the female employee at the register. No smile. No good morning. She turned and started walking towards the far end of the counter. My smile quickly turned to frown. I stood at the register, waiting to place my order for a few minutes while her back remained turned to me. Thinking she might be busy, I felt like I waited a long enough time before I called out good morning in her direction. Instead of acknowledging my greeting, she turned, walked to the register and said What can I get started for you?.I ordered my black coffee. I paid. She turned around and poured the coffee. She handed it to me. Thats it.No have a good day. No here you go.Look, I get it. I didnt want to have to work at MY JOB Saturday morning either. Sometimes, that just happens. Especially if youre going to work in a coffee house, I kinda feel like you gotta be that ray of sunshine for the customers; not an over the top, so happy youre annoying type, but, at least pleasant.Since the Coffee Beans coffee is pretty good black, the rating is based primarily on the experience. Oh, and in case youre wondering, I made it to MY job that morning grumpier.

Dont really care for this place. Coffee is ok but not great. Chia tea latte is meh. Kinda watery. Staff not very helpful or patient.

I‘ve been going to CBTL and Starbucks for three years. I can‘t compare their coffee but the services are quite different. The staffs in the Starbucks near my house don‘t bother to greet me. Most of the staffs at CBTL are very friendly and enthusiastic. For example, the guy served tonight always smiles and sometimes brings me my coffee if he‘s not too busy. There‘s a slim girl who‘s been working for several years is very friendly too.
