This starbucks is great! They are always fast whether you order inside or drive thru. The workers are so nice, too!

It was ok. Not overtly impressed by the service. And they mixed up my drink. But what I did get tasted good so Im happy about that.

Great coffee, love it, however...I ordered tall, I got a small size instead.I called at first and was told that they could redo my order.The phone dropped from their side.I called again and was told that they can’t redo the order and that “tall is small”.You got to be kidding, it’s the worst way to rip off clients like that.Also, they rarely provide a straw with cold coffee in their delivery orders.

My favorite Starbucks but they close often unexpectedly.

Ordered 2 drinks at the drive thru. A white chocolate mocha frap and a carmel ribbon crunch frap with soy milk. The white mocha frap was obviously wrong based on color. We tried to tell them that wasnt what we ordered and initially the worker said okay Ill fix it, but another worker came around and said no thats right thats what you ordered... I know they were busy, but this could of been handled differently by asking why we thought it was wrong versus telling us we were wrong about our order.We drove off, but I insisted on going back. I went in and the employee who I talked to and explained what happened to was very understanding, apologetic and quickly made me a new correct one and we were off.This worker totally fix my problem and was great about the whole thing when I was a bit grumpy about the situation. I wasnt even going to write a review BUT weve now finished our drinks and after finishing our drinks, I read the tags on them and the Carmel ribbon crunch doesnt even have soy milk written on the tag like normal. So Id assume there was probably no soy milk in that one. 0/2 drinks were made right originally. Im giving 3 stars for the great employee inside the store who fixed my first problem. Young guy, dark hair, working inside making drinks.

They got my order wrong 3 days in a row. Sometimes it seems like they are trying to get it wrong on purpose. Once in a while is expected, but its just a bit too noticeable when its everyday. This is not unique to Starbucks, but most fast food or drink places with kids running things is normal these days.

Worst Starbucks within a 50 mile radius of Chino.

Love the location and love the coffee especially the mocha cappuccino

The drive thru line was long as expected, however it moved quickly. I have gone to a couple of drive thru Starbucks and this is definitely the quickest and super friendly.

Its Starbucks Im not a cop so I didnt have any problems (just a joke). Always quality stuff and consistent flavors. Very nice staff (I dont remember what theyre officially called). Check them out when you need your java fix. 🍵

So sad I didn’t catch her name, but just wanted to thank the blonde girl w the blue mask working the drive through window today. She didn’t know how bad my day was going but her nice gesture really helped a lot, give her a raise!

We enjoy stopping by this Starbucks when we travel through this city. The employees are helpful and remind us of the service we have come to expect at all restaurants we visit.

I was very disappointed by this Starbucks. First of all, the AC is super noisy and makes you very tired. Secondly the staffs don’t smile and don’t try to understand you. I ordered a matcha coconut latte. I was not served the same as I had in the other Starbucks. I was very disappointed. When I went back home I started to feel very painful in my stomach. It lasted two days. I won’t go there again. There are much better places to drink a Starbucks drink.

I love this store since their grand opening. Cappuccino is lot better than other stores in the neighbored. Employees are very nice and friendly But I would try to avoid Kristen, she is arrogant and mean.

This is my preferred Starbucks in the San Bernardino area. They are very polite and nice and meaningfully care about connecting with their clients, while getting your order accurate and fast. I like the customer service so far.

No longer a fan of Starbucks. This used to be my go to store but the drink quality has declined drastically. 😔

The music is too LOUD!! You can’t hear yourself think and you can’t come in and get work done. On top of not being able to wear headphones at a high volume without hearing music in the background. The employees that work there have bad attitudes and don’t greet customers like other starbucks I’ve been to. Only came here because my favorite starbucks lost WiFi for a week.
