Terrible customer service every time I enter the store, nearly all the workers are extremely rude

Vendor delivery- store is not delivery driver friendly. 99 times out of 100 that I am dispatced to this store Im greeted with excuses or have to wait Longer than the unload would take if someone in management felt the need to do some work. Parking out front for non-box unload is tight to say the least. If any customers are shopping, its near impossible to navigate their lot, due to location, inventory and their trailers. This store/management is probably the least driver friendly of all the stores in Ohio. With one or two off the top of my head close behind.

While in the area, I checked online to see who had spill proof gas cans and Tractor Supply advertised that they had them in stock. It made my shopping much easier!

I called to check stock and they were exceedingly helpful to see if they had it. They said they would hold it for me and put it together too.When I got there they had it ready and again very helpful and made sure I was happy.Great experience

I had picked up a new power washer and it was not working properly, but I had to take it back. So after that they were all out of that model they were very nice and called other stores and found me one and I was very happy. Thanks

Linda the cashier was very rude to my husband. We came to Chillicothe from Gallipolis and to be treated that way was inexcusable!! Ive worked in customer service and you ALWAYS ALWAYS treat customers with respect!! After all without customers she wouldnt have a job!! The guy out in the loading area was very friendly and helpful, so big thank you to him. Didnt catch his name though. Have a great day!! 😊✌

Odd experience. Stopped in before closing to pick up some spark plugs around 7:45. I didnt check to see what time they closed. When I went to leave the doors were locked and there were no employees in sight. I just waited by the front exit for about five minutes before an employee noticed I was there. I should have checked store hours before hand, but they also should have made a closing announcement.

Place was packed, but the staff was still helpful and friendly. Definitely a great place to shop!!

Love the selection at the tractor. And even though they are over priced on all apparel, the tools are not. Bought a cub cadet mower from here and bought the protection plan for insurance. Always buy the protection plan! Hit a stump and bent the shaft, they replaced it no problem. Friendly staff, and great place to shop.

We absolutely looooove Tractor Supply Co!!! We have tried different locations and we are always pleased with the variety/selections available!!!! The employees are always cordial and willing to help and offer ideas for our needs!!! Weve purchased everything from low priced items to high end mowers!!! You cant go wrong shopping here or other locations!!!!

We love dealing at Tractor Supply. For a small to medium size store they seem to have a good stock of the items we need to keep our country home/farm going.

Great friendly place to get pet supplies, bird food, garden maintenance items. Coupons are mailed out periodically for savings. 10% or 15% on total purchase. Often clearance items are included! 😁

Very helpful crew. Cheap propane. Good variety of pet foods.

Good place to buy items for around your home too get John different items of clothing gloves food for your animals and during the spring time they have chickens and ducks. Prices are pretty good the service there is really great

😁This store seems to have it all. Wish they carried electronic flea trap, for those who cant be around chemicals. Service is great. Propane is good quality!

We had a wonderful young man help us to decide what we needed and we bought it . they will always have our business as long as they keep hiring these wonderful employees who do about any thing they can so you get. And buy what you came for...5 stars

I love hardware and tractor (farm stores). My only complaint is that they need more space.

Very friendly check out person. We use this store periodically and the selection on the shelves for feed while 4h kids have livestock still, is pretty limited.

Ive been coming there for years. I remember going there with my grandpa as a kid. I just find it better and a greater selection at a competitor.

This place sucks. Dont have anything, priced to high, the people that work there are like high on something or just dont care about the customers. I will not ever shop at this tractor supply again. The one in Circleville is better in service and they have a little more. But if you drive all that way, why not just go to the place one building over the big R. NO I dont work for any of the companies and never have. Im just tried of the bs service that comes with going to tractor supply in Chillicothe Ohio. if I could I would only give a half a star. I hope that one day they hire a good manager and he or she hires and trains the staff the right way.

We get our catfood from TSC in Jackson ohio but we were in the area and got it here on the way back home.

Waited outside for 20 minutes just to do a propane exchange.

We picked up wood pellets. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

If 0 stars were an option, it would have been my choice. They sold me a $500 item that was missing the main component. I realized the item was missing 15 minutes later and immediately called to address the problem. They were extremely rude and accused me of lying. I didnt realize it was the customers job to inspect the package before leaving to make sure they did their job and not let someone walk out of the store with said item. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. From now on, I will spend an extra 30 minutes (round trip) to go to Rural King in Circleville or Waverly. I suggest others do the same.

Well, stopped at circleville TSC, they carry what I need . but none on the shelf. I go to Chillicothe TSC, they do not even carry the goat minerals I am looking for, completely different items in their inventory.😢
