Getting ready to finish my basement. Need a compound miter saw and a nail gun. Hopefully, these are better than the electric power washer I bought previously, that only worked two times. Was told more than 30 days had passed, and they didnt have to take it back.

The cashiers are really amazing and helpful I went and bought a reciprocating saw definitely going to go back.

There are deals to be had here but as always quality can fluctuate. Be aware of the price you pay, you may be better off to spend a little more and get better quality. The disappointment of cheap poor quality far outlasts the satisfaction of a more expensive but long lasting superior product.

Huge selection of tools at very reasonable rates would recommend checking this place out for your next tool purchase.

It was my first time going to a harbor freight... I had always wanted to go...Prices were good...Store was clean ...I didnt get what I needed or wanted.., what I needed more was help

I have used harbor freight for years for odds and ends stuff like drill bits and sand paper. When I moved here from another state I was glad to find that there was still one of these stores near by. The people have been awesome everytime I go in so far. I will probably use them for all the little odds and ends just because they are affordable and most of the stuff isnt as bad as people say. I did also hear that icon is owned by snap on. Is there any truth to this?

Clean store, easily navigated, openly numbered and labeled aisles. Found exactly what I was looking for and a couple things I wasnt.

Snagged a little 120v Flux core welder for $170 and then added the obligatory $50 in miscellaneous stuff while walking the aisles. Great as always.

One of my favorite stores Im like a kid in a candy store when I go there lol but they have great deals and almost any tool you would need and then some

A lot of really nice and different tools. Its always clean and neat. Including the restroom. The whole store is brightly lit. Which is really nice. The reason for 3 stars. Instead of four or five. I always see three or four employees. Including the manager. Walking around together chatting about what to have for lunch or dinner or who knows what. That really wouldnt bother me. Accept! When I am trying to get their attention. And they act like its a problem when I finally do. Then there is the awkwardness that comes from them having to decide. Which one Will stay and help. And which two or three get to carry on with their very important conversation. that I interrupted. I finally flag down the manager . who promptly! Turned me over to the one cashier that was already busy. I know I am not the only one that has encountered this. I helped two others who encountered the same problem as I. 1 of them purchased a very nice air compressor. Thanks to me. Youre welcome Harbor Freight! Merry Christmas!

Great prices and helpful staff, one of my favorite places to visit.

My experience at this store was incredible. The Manager was a tremendous help with my 44 toolbox purchase. She assisted me in loading it without hesitation. She was very safety oriented in doing it as well. I will drive to this HF from Columbus anytime I need to make a purchase.

Love Harbor Freight. Good tools at a reasonable price. Are they Snap-on, no but I dont need a payment plan either to buy stuff. Staff friendly, well maintained store.

A nice place to shop for tools. But the real hassle is do you have to screenshot your coupons So when you go to check out. You get the actual sales price And if you look pretty hard. They got better Sales on the same thing But you have to do your research. Letting them scan all your coupons at the end that you screenshot is a very much of a hassle and a nuisance.

We received a sale catalog in the mail. There was a cabinet listed in it on sale that we were wanting. We drive up there just to find out that they have none and its pre-order only! No where in their catalog was that stated. We called different locations and JACK POT one store had 3 of them! We live 50 miles from that store, so we called (thank goodness) to see if they could hold one for us, only to be told by the manager that they do show 3 in stock, however..those are pre- sale purchases that are waiting to be picked up! This is an extremely poor business practice, in my opinion!

They have about any tool youll ever need, battery chargers, work gloves, welders, lights, trailers, welding helmets, safety glasses, rubber gloves, testing electrical, motorcycle lifting work ramps. You name it they probably have it.

Liquidation quality not price. Have found a lot of their sale items at big name stores for cheaper. They have a large selection plenty of stock; but the prices are not all that and its always the same stuff. Not a lot of rotation in items and stock.

I apply for credit for them and they gave me $1,000 limit then when I went to go get something they reduced it down to $100 so I dont think thats fair so I think Im just going to just pay the card off and go somewhere else

The staff and selection are amazing every time. They hunt for coupons if you miss one, they go out of their way to get what you need. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Prices are cheap, but so are their tools. So far I havent had to return anything, but its not professional grade tools you get here. Dont assume you know what youre getting, make sure of it.Staff is polite and helpful if you have questions. They are good for entry level, and hobby level tools. I have made knives, swords, tables, and bedframes with their tools, as well as worked on my own cars.9/10 price6/10 quality

I like harbor freight the employees are nice and professional. I dont like the poster they have at the entrance. It shows a homasexel image on a poster. Not a good image for your company.
