I absolutely love the mattress purchased there. The sales people were really interested in making sure I picked a mattress that would give the best nights sleep.

We bought a mattress here years ago and loved it so much we bought another, custom sized, to go in our travel trailer. Both burned in the Paradise Camp Fire. The staff were friendly and helpful enough to send us copies of our invoices for insurance. Fast forward 2 years, and weve rebuilt our lives in Oregon. We had a brand new bed given to us by a friend, but after sleeping on it for almost a year, it just didnt compare to our old bed. After trying to shop local here, only finding big brands that were more expensive and lower quality, we gave Square Deal a call and asked if they could ship. Not only were they willing to ship, they were willing to drive it up to us themselves. We went with shipping since the price was very reasonable and were back to sleeping on an awesome bed again in just over a week after making the call.

Bed came today. Two men packed it upstairs. Put it together. Now i will sleep like a baby!!. The men were very professional they had mask on. And let me take there picture so i could leave my review. Second, the mattresses are really good quality and very comfortable. Finally, the delivery was very smooth. The delivery guys are great, and we’re very easy to work with.

Went in to price out a custom sized foam mattress for my camper van, and was out the door 20 minutes later with exactly what I needed. They helped me find the right type of foam for my budget and cut it to my specifications while I waited. Great place, very nice family run business.

Wow, I am impressed with Square Deal Mattress Factory. Like me, going in for a mattress thats made in Chico is a good thing everyone should do, but their showroom also has so many other things like furniture, upholstery (I got stuck in their upholstery library!) and they told me about all the foam repairs they can do for our stuff too. My bed is just 1.5 years old, $1700.00 and its not comfortable! its lumpy, saggy, all the stitching is coming out, and Im so bummed.i try to shop local but this bed is just a big disappointment!!, tried talking to the customer service folks but they are angry and did not want to be bothered. Wont be buying here ever again, Not sleeping!

We had intended to purchase one double sided mattress but we ended up buying two. We took a quick tour of the factory and could see the hand crafted work. It is a family owned an operated business and the younger generation plans to continue the operation so they have an interest in having high quality products. Our King came with a 15 year warranty and while not as inexpensive as the single sided mattresss, we think this one will be worth it.

Had our 38 year old couch totally rebuild. What a wonderful surprise to have it delivered Christmas eve. We had forgotten how nice it could look. Great pleasure dealing with Square Deal. Cant wait to see how our next piece turns out.

Buddy got a queen size. Dont know the model but it slept good from day one.After I left he said he has been getting 7 hours of sleep. Eye surgery.
