My husband and I were looking for a new mattress. Kristen was the sales person who helped us. She spent a lot of time while we were there and after we left looking for the best scenario for our needs. We ended up going a different route, but I would highly recommend this business and especially Kristen. Our choice had nothing to do with negative feelings for the product. We had an amazing experience with Rebekah S at the Chico store. My parents had bought a mattress from Mattress Firm/Rebekah a few months prior and had a good experience so we decided to go with mattress firm when purchasing our bed. I called and just so happened to get the same rep as my parents (Rebekah) she got us a great deal on an AMAZING bed & frame, and walked me through the entire order process. I didn’t even need to go in the store because I had already tried the mattress. So I did everything through the quote/order she sent. We live about 25 miles away from the store & a different store would be doing the delivery. I called and spoke with John at the other store. (Redding, CA) because there was only one bed left & then would be back ordered. Rebekah was able to work with John & get me the ONE bed within ONE week. Great customer service, super friendly, always got back to me when I reached out with questions and even followed up the following day to make sure delivery went ok! Would definitely recommend.

They were garbage and mattress firm should go with another company . Normally I would have just walked out . We bought king and queen beds from Mattress Firm two years ago and love them. Now, we are about to install new flooring and needed to have people who knew what they were doing when moving and reinstalling our beds. Ivy Hoffman at Chico MF was really helpful arranging for movers to be at my house on the dates I needed them. All the folks at MF are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

First off, Kristen was amazingly helpful and was completely responsible for how great of an experience we had purchasing a new bed.This was our first time purchasing a new bed and with all the different options and technologies, we were expecting to walk in and be stressed and overwhelmed by everything. Im happy to say, that was far from the case. Kristen greeted us at the door and took us right over to a bed to test out while she asked us a few questions to get a better feel for what our needs were. She was patient and passionate about sleep, which made the whole process that much more comfortable.Kristen also helped us pick out a few accessories with the bed, explaining that we would get the most out of their current promotion by purchasing them together, however she never made the process feel pushed or pressured.At the end of everything, Kristen went over our entire order, line by line, to make sure there were no errors and then explained what to expect once the bed arrived at our home.We went in unsure and stressed and came out confident and completely satisfied with what we purchased. Great place to get a mattress! The sales people are very knowledgeable and there’s no pressure at all. We got a mattress and after sleeping on it for a few months realized it wasn’t right for us. So I was very happy with the very sweet and informative lady that helped me out . She was so incredibly nice but not like fake nice if that makes sense ? It took two hours for the company that does the financing to get me approved which was absolutely ridiculous but that isn’t the store it selfs fault . They need to find a different company to do the financing seriously and I hope they listen to the customers . Other people would have left instead of spending a few thousand dollars . But this store specifically was amazing . So I got my order today and my mattress I love soooo much but the metal platform that wasn’t cheap at all that was sent with it sticks out about 6-8 inches and it’s not because I have it sideways as it’s a square (almost) bed . It’s not a king because that would be noticeable width wise . I’m a pretty smart person lol it’s either marked wrong or just not a good fit for cal kings. I had the same platform on a queen tight after the fire here in paradise and it fit perfectly so I’m a bit confused and annoyed . I’m in a studio until my new house is built so I have negative space in my apartment and I can’t put that area back together until it is fixed which again is super annoying . If it was just a little bit I would put a rubber piece over that bar going across but it sticks out really far and is at shin level . For $550 you think it would fit much better . Again not the stores fault . The box said cal king . So now I wait for them to replace it and I get to pay more money haha . I don’t really mind as long as it’s quick . Again I’m giving 5 stars for this specific location and how not annoying the sales people were and how much effort the lady put in with me that day And some discounts. It made the bed super affordable . I have money to buy a $10k bed, and I have owned one before and yeah I would say it was worth it but I need to stop shopping until my house is built haha I literally have no room for anything . So again ! Please don’t hesitate to go to this specific mattress firm for your new bed you will NOT be disappointed I promise. For there to be issues and me still give them 5 stars is crazy and should say something

Went to quickly purchase a water proof mattress protector for a new king size bed. Sales person showed us their top end product and said it was approximately $200.00. Did a quick internet search and found it for $49.99. He priced matched it for us and we were out in about 20 minutes total. Makes me wonder what their actual cost is for that item. Even at $49.99 they probably make 200%-300% profit on that. Just glad it did not take long. Thanks.

When I started my looking for a new mattress journey I felt very overwhelmed and didnt really know what exactly I was looking for. The four star rating is for the fact that I always try to find the lowest cost for quality items which we know is hard to aquire from large chain store system. The beds selection is of quality brands but I think a few more highly rated brands should also be available for purchase. We had an amazing experience I went in without my husband earlier in the day and the salesman was super sweet and really explained what to look for a new mattress. Tried to purchase matress and adjustable base...was told we were approved for $15,000... But went to purchase and was told had to wait for credit card to show...7 to 10 business days before we can order it... really! I guess not a direct reflection of the great sales person and his help. But extremely upset and confused as to why use a finance company that hinders ability to make sales.
