How many names does this place have? Something seems kinda shady with the way they keep changing their name. Chico Furniture, Chico Furniture Direct 4U, Chico Furniture Direct. I decided to shop there anyway thinking I might be able to get a good deal on a living room set. They advertise as being liquidators and you have to have an appointment to see what they have. But really they are just a regular furniture store with pretty high prices. I wasnt sure I should go there and it turned out I was right. the way they advertise is just a gimmick. No deals there.

Great service... polite, caring and explained everything really well.... Even though they were super busy, I felt like I was the only costumer in the store. I would definitely recommend this place to other.

Ordered some furniture from them to fill my new house in paradise after losing it to the fire, they damaged my bedframe, never got a call about it when they delivered the furniture there was no bedframe. No it was over four months ago and still have not been able to get a bedframe. Paid good money for a full complete bed set. Can never get a call back when I leave a message to talk with somebody, very hard to speak to a customer service rap.

Their ads are deceiving. Theres no way theyre giving anyone half off. They show a picture of some furniture with a price on the page, but when you actually check, you find out the real price is about 3 times the one I the picture.

Back in August my girlfriend and I came here to get a bed and we got an excellent deal on a queen gel memory foam 10 inch. The gentleman threw in a cover for the mattress and a gel foam memory pillow which we kind of fell in love with. I came back to buy my fiance one and the price had gone up since wed last been and they agreed to give it to me for the price but I originally saw that when we bought our bed. This place is awesome because they care about the customers and want to help you out especially if youre a returning customer. It appears that their main interest is maintaining their customers and keeping them happy. Its a small little place that you might not see right off the bat but it really is a Hidden Gem.

I would give this furniture place a 5 just for the manager (I forgot her name) she was awesome. Have a problem with both of my couches. One was a full size other a love seat. The full size was answered moderately fast. The love seat has taken a week. This is new furniture. I had to make at least minimum of 9 calls to the repair guy and furniture store. By the way what furniture repairman has a Thursday off. Anyway I wont go back. But like I said the communication seems to be one sided with me constantly haveing to ask when they will come and getting answers likeI dont know?. But again the lady manager is awesome.

Was told the loans I applied for to get a couch would be low payments and 90 day no interest. Couldnt see the payment amounts before putting money down and they both have interest and I cant really afford the payments. Im very upset about this. Loans were just over $3000 and now i owe almost $7000. Never going back here again.

Awesome, the bed we bought was an affordable new california king. I have gotten great comfort in this particular bed. We purchased a sofa, chairs, tables, and a TV stand. They were fantastic in their help. They found the style of furniture that we had talked about. She was a huge help when it came to finding the right fabric to fit with our décor. The service we received was excellent from the start right through the delivery. We will be back when we are ready to purchase more furnishings.

Sales people were very helpful and not at all pushy. There are no returns and unlike traditional stores, you dont select options, fabrics, etc. What is in the store is whats available, but at deeply discounted prices.

Horrible, horrible service! I purchase my bed 12/5 with a request for delivery 12/22 as I did not have a home to put it in untill then. I was told no problem. They began calling to deliver 12/20, i explained my situation and again requested 12/22 delivery date. 12/22 I got the run around all day with unfulfilled promises of call backs and delivery. At 4:00 I began to panic (too many bodies, not enough beds and a 12 hour work day ahead) and when I finally got a hold of the owner was told: every body needs beds, it might not be in, I was never told it would be delivered on this date. 5:30 pm my own truck was required to get my bed. After multiple requests we JUST got our delivery charge back!

Terrible service. I have heard many horror stories about getting furniture late (like a month or more) and damaged. You GET what YOU PAY FOR.
