I had a dead (car) battery & after getting a jump-start, I drove my car to Wittmeier. Since it was after-hours, I left my keys & explanation in their drop-box overnight. First thing the next morning, Mike called me & we discussed the plan. He continued to update me on their progress & quoted a cost. Before noon, the car was ready for pickup. Not only did they fix the main (battery) problem, they also did an overall check of other systems, tires, etc. Checkout was quick & easy & besides the cost of the battery, Labor only cost $50

I had a great experience today with wittmeier Ford in Chico. They had my sync fixed in just 2 hours and back on the road. Kyle was very helpful with getting my phone set with the blue tooth being able to make and receive phone calls.Thank you all so much

I really like and appreciate Whitmire auto center. They do a great job and are very thorough in their work. I will continue to use them for my regular services on my Honda.My one drawback is that when I leave my car for oil change that it’s typically in there for two or more hours. Usually more. Other than that I cannot find anything wrong with their service.

They were super fast, they fixed my car to a point where it literally looks like a brand new car in the back. I had damage in the front from another accident, and they taped it up for me and made sure it wasn’t causing damage to my tire which wasn’t even the part they were working on and I really appreciated that.definitely having them fix the front of my car when I’m ready as well. They were very communicative about the whole process made sure I got my car back super fast. They went above and beyond and I’m very thankful!

Wittmeier Auto Center was referred to me by Allstate Insurance after I had wrecked my 2018 Mustang. I found their facility to be clean and organized. My estimator Vincent was professional respectful and honest. Listened to my concerns and addressed them. Even though the car ended up being a total loss I feel confident I would have received a professional job . I would use them in the future and would recommend.

Not only do I purchase all of my new vehicles here I also have them serviced by the professionals at the same location! This is a one stop shop, they even have their own car wash and detail center to make your vehicle look like new! They wash my truck for me all the time and are less expensive than the others here in town.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I decided to wait for the car to be finished and was pleasantly surprised it was done quickly.

I was going to be charged for services which were not completed. They found something wrong with my vehicle and made it seem like my car was unsafe to drive but would not provide me an estimate and full details on exactly what needed to be done. I told them after speaking to a family friend who is a mechanic to take my car home it was safe to drive and he could fix it. I read my notes on my receipt and the sarcasm was really not appreciated. I will no longer be taking my vehicle here.

We went in expecting to test drive a Spark. That was it. When we found out the car in question was a manual, the test drive was over (my son can’t drive a manual). Aaron, the salesman, asked us what was our price range. He then sat down and showed us what they had. Very friendly, no pressure. 25 minutes later my son a Purchased a used Ford Ranger. Loves it. Michael handled the Financing with speed and precision.Awesome day all around.
