The guy that helped me at the front went above and beyond customer service and what it should be. I overheard he was there for an hour longer than he was scheduled for but he had a great attitude still. Ill definitely be coming back.

I love AutoZone but this store is very displeasing. My son called and ordered some parts for his car. They called and said the parts were in. We went down and they couldnt find the parts we ordered anywhere. And then come to find out one of the other employees sold the parts to another customer. So now I only do to AutoZone at 1843 Park Ave, Chico CA 95928. They are always ready to help you very knowledgeable about anything you ask and if the dont know they they look it up on the computer rite there for you. All the staff there is friendly and amazing people. I highly recommend going to the AutoZone on park if you want a amazing experience.

When I went in they checked it out and referred me to a great store who changed my oil for wayyy cheaper and got me the part I needed! I was just in the store for about 20 minutes standing in line somebody behind me jump the line and said all he needed to do was ask a question I’ve already waited 20 minutes in line and needed to go but they help the person behind me so I walked out not sure if they really know what’s going on at the store I know it’s hard times but really they should know who is next in line

I came to Auto Zone to purchase a new battery. The guy who installed it for me was very helpful and very kind as well as patient. I told him that my 7 year old son wanted to watch him install it so he could learn, and Jarod, the employee was more than helpful. He showed my son how to take each thing apart, explained the name of each tool, and each part of the battery, and what it’s purpose was. My son was engaged the entire time, he asked questions, and Jarod was so good with him. I’m grateful for his customer service, and how well he is with a child who is eager to learn. Most of the time the guys and gals who work at this AutoZone, know what it is I need, this time they didnt. Which is fine, Ill still shop there for sure! I received good service, especially from the young man that installed my new battery. He went the extra mile in his service, thoroughly cleaning the corrosion from the old battery and making sure that the new battery fit properly. It took him some time to get it right, so I appreciated the extra care on my car!

Clean work hard to get you what you need if its not in store

Stopped by yesterday but left without purchasing when I saw that four of the five customers in the store, including two at the counter, were unmasked despite the clear sign on the door requiring masks. Clearly they have no intention to enforce that.

Got the part I needed quickly and for cheap, had it in stock at a different store because computers didnt report correctly but otherwise great part.

I stopped by Auto Zone to purchase steering fluid for my car. The store clerk lead me to the shelves with fluids and explained different brands of fluids. I purchased store brand fluid with leak guard because it was a great deal, 2 for the price of one.

My license plates were stolen off my vehicle and I had just registered my car. My registration was $ 300 . Not to mention... the expense and time off work to try and prevent this from happening in the future. I came to Auto Zone on East ave and had the pleasure of meeting an amazing employee named Zach. He went above and beyond to make a horrible experience turn into a blessing!!! AMAZING customer service from Zach! This Autozone has really helpful employees who work hard. Max, a representative, gave great advice and service both over the phone and at the front desk. I check prices and AutoZone in the long run is best. The Last couple years their staff in Chico has highly improved. Definitely get a membership and use the point system. Every five $20 purchases you get a free $20 and theres an app for your phone so you dont have to carry a card around.

They are the only auto part store that I will go to, but it has to be the one on East Avenue. Ive tried every auto part store in this town because Ive lived here my whole life. There smart, knowledgeable about anything you ask them. If they dont know then they will direct you to a different employee or manager that knows what theyre talking about. They offer great prices, good parts and an excellent refund or replacement plan.

Pep Boys did an excellent job all the way around. They sent a tow truck to get the vehicle and I didnt have to pay until the job was done. the engene light is off and it runs great. Nice repair, thanks. It took 1day only.

I normally do all my business with the AA on 20th St. but I have had to visit the store on East Ave. a few times in the last three years, when for whatever reason I could not get to my regular store. I found that the services and wonderful staff there were also very personable, friendly, professional and very helpful. I dont know the staff as well there, but they were extremely helpful and kind as well. I would recommend that people on the north side of town visit their location and do business with them as well. I have talked with other people about Cash Advance businesses, like Check Into Cash, or Check and Go, and several others, and have heard many less than satisfactory statements form all of them. However, in my experiences with Advanced America stores they have been absolutely great. The staff at both locations in Chico are wonderful and helpful, and knowable. I recommend AA to friends I know who are in need of their services. I proudly carry a AA debt card, use it for all my purchases and let people know of the quality and professionalism and friendly services they provide. I hope that all AA locations are as helpful as the locations in Chico.

I get in the zone, AutoZone!! Any time I need my thing for my MK6 GTI maintenance I head to my local Autozone where the staff is knowledgeable and feiendly. They have a great big selection of car maintenance products as far as cleaning and shining goes and everything else you could need as well. Great place to shop for your car.
