I was very satisfied with my experience at Midway Storage. The place was very clean, prices were fair, and the customer service was stellar! I definitely recommend.

Great place to store your items! Always very clean and secure! when ever I had to drop by there (day or night) I always felt safe. I cant say enough about the manager Matt! He is top notch! Always a call away, always helpful when needed and his exceptional customer service skills are unmatched! Both my mom and me have had a unit at this location long term and never any problems, even through rough times! Today was bittersweet because I moved out...so if anyone is needing an awesome space call Matt!!! Hes your guy at Midway Storage west of Central on 55th Ave!

Easily one of the most frustrating experiences in customer service. I called the number provided online and spoke with a very helpful woman over the phone to reserve a storage unit and was delighted to learn that they would pro-rate the cost of the rental since I didnt need the unit for the month. I double-checked their hours of operation with her and arrive the next day to find that the operating hours are not what she or the website told me.The gentleman that assisted me opened up shop late and, too my horror, I find that they reserved a unit for me in downtown, not at Midway Airport. It turns that the phone number provided online is a general phone number, not location-specific... I have to now rental a larger, more expensive unit and they do not pro-rate the cost as I was told on the phone.The gentleman was patient but appeared to be similarly frustrated and I apologized to him for my frustration but explained that this is far from good customer service.Regardless, I picked up my unit and was told to call their office and leave a voicemail when I moved out.. I called the number provided and a woman picked up. She seemed surprised that I would call to notify that I was moving out and just told me to call back during operating hours. I called back during operating hours and was helped and told theyd call the office for me to confirm Im moved out. A few minutes later I get a call about my unit from one of the locations and am told I need to call a different number... You get the picture.The storage unit is fine but the customer service, run-around and obvious breakdowns in communication regarding location reservation, who to contact and rates left a lot to be desired.

Matt took care of me quickly. I was unfamiliar with moving process, and didnt know that the first and last of the month are hectic times for renting trucks. I went to 2 other locations to find a truck but neither person I spoke with offered to help me find a truck or reserve one. They just said,sorry no trucks so as soon as I walked in and asked for one he said he had none but would help me find one. That was great, he found me one and Im past this headache now. Will return!

I rented a Uhaul and the manager offered me a move in deal, so I moved in. Ive been storing with them for a while, I would recommend. Always clean and I appreciate punching in my code to enter the grounds, so it is safe!
