One of my favorite liquor stores in Chicago. Very friendly staff that helped us with all of our Old Forrester questions and needa. They have a better selection than everyone else in the area. Hands down my go to spot for picking up liquor at the best prices. I meet with the store owner Nick and they were devastated during the unrest, this is a true champion story of the little guys overcoming adversity and doing the best they can with what they got.Highly recommend Superior Wine & Liquors.

Decent selection of wines and hard alcohol. Didn’t have everything I was looking for but still came in handy. Location was clean and easy to move around in. Seems like a decent neighbourhood shop. Owners were friendly and welcoming.

Id award this shop 5-stars! They amused me very well when I was about to buy my grandpa a bottle of wine. Honestly, I loved it when I was there for a couple of hours. It was a clean, cool, and relaxing place. Besides, I didnt disappoint the waiter with the wine he was offering. It tastes perfect. Uh, thanks!

Nick, the owner, is a terrific and friendly guy that appreciates his customers. This is the kind of establishment we need to support. This place has been my liquor “home” for coming on 3 years now and not only do they bring in a great selection of bourbons and ryes (which is what I drink and search for primarily), the owner/staff are the kindest people who remembered me after i think the 2nd or 3rd time I came in. Oh and not to mention, the prices are not hiked up like most liquor stores do when they have any notable bourbon on their shelves. Recommending them means more business for them and potentially less for me in some cases but they deserve the recognition and business.

Im now going out of my way to write my first ever review because not only do they deliver promptly, at all hours of the night, but the man on the phone spent the last half hour teaching me the subtle deferences between 6 types of white wine. He then hand selected one of each for me at a price range of my choosing, and they were all phenomenal... Also, I would have hung up on me... 5 Stars!

Owner wouldnt sell to a group of three black guys who were obviously at least 27 each, claiming they had fake ID’s. Im not one to automatically assume race was the issue but in this case theres simply no other explanation. After seeing prior reviews it just confirms my suspicion. Dont shop here.

I am again and again impressed with this liquor store. Its prices are almost a perfect match (sometimes several dollars cheaper) to Binnys. The old, foreign gentleman who runs the place is very nice and his prices really cant be beat. I love this place. It has all of your home bar staples (Captain, Tanqueray, Grey Goose, etc.) as well as several random bottles (chambord flavored vodka, for example) and is a great liquor store. Highly, highly recommended.
