This is an absolute disgrace of a liquor store. I just ordered from them on Drizzly. They had a 24 pack of Blue moon Light Sky and a bottle of Cabernet that I wanted. Upon arrival, it was only a 12 pack and the bottle. I asked the driver of there was another 12 pack, he said no. I showed him my order and he said he didnt have it. I told him Ill call the store so they can fix it. I explained to this store what happened, and they told me it was listed wrong. I said ok, well please send another 12 pack. I would have ordered a 24 from somewhere else if I would have known. It was false advertisement, and they should follow through with whats listed. The store rep told me that they will not bring another 12. He said that I could go there and return the items by 10pm tonight. I said no, I already paid tip, tax, and delivery. They should bring another. He again told me no and theyd be open until 10pm.Never have I had such a disrespectful experience with something as simple as a liquor delivery. I would have to take a train or a cab to this place, so its not a simple trip either. Please do not waste your time with this place. They do not care about their customers.

Rude and arrogant staff - and I see I am not the only one with the same complaint. liquor is liquor so I will shop somewhere else from now on.

Store sells expired items we are in January and didnt notice the expiration of Nov 21 2020. So please check expiration dates here for anything that is not alcohol.

Rude service and overprices and outdated beer - this was my last time here - there are better options in the area that appreciate their customers.

Overpriced liquor and Rude service

I have been going to FL for over a decade. The helpful staff, great selection, and excellent prices are what has FL keeping my patronage.

Its a all right place to shop, the guy at the register took my cart to put it back, I agree its a little disorganized they just need the right people working there to sort out some of the stuff theyre selling as well as theyre deliveries to get them correct.

Employees are extremely rude. Will never utilize this location again.

HORRIBLE DISCRIMINATION0/5 STARSFirst and last time shopping here I was followed around the store by an older man peaking around the aisles at me. As a young woman that is super creepy. He didnt ask me if I needed any help but obviously thought I was going to steal something because I am mixed race. Racial profiling coming from others of an ethnic culture is TERRIBLE. I finally chose a bottle went up to the register and explained to the cashier that I was uncomfortable after being followed and that they should treat their customers better. He didnt have anything to say about it and asked me for my ID. HOW RUDE! He obviously felt that this treatment was okay! I left the bottle on the counter and told them I would buy my liquor at one of the other millions of places in Chicago that doest follow its black customers around the store. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!

The selection is amazing. I went to several places looking for a particular brand of tequila, and was unable to find it. Foremost was my last stop, and if they didnt carry this brand, I was going to give up and go home. But they had it! Saved the day.

Purchased juul pods from this liquor store. Opened them up and they were clearly fake - fake packaging and the pod didn’t even fit into the juul. The color of the liquid was much darker as was the lid of the pod compared to real pods. No idea what kind of chemicals were inside these pods. I called the store before heading over to tell them I had purchased fake pods from their store. The employee told me to come in and talk to the manager. When I did so I had to wait over 20 minutes for a manager to return to the store because he was making a delivery and the other workers are not trusted to make returns apparently (I asked multiple times to have the employee call the manager to get an eta of his arrival and the employee kept saying to just come back in 20-30 min... the manager walked in on his cell phone). This makes me wonder why the manager is making the deliveries and not the other employees (there were at least 3 other employees in the store at the time). Also the manager & other employees didn’t inspect the other juul pods they were selling to see if there were more fakes. Makes me wonder where they are getting their product and how much they are up charging for fake items. Trademark infringement??? Know your product or don’t sell it! One star because I was offered a refund

Dont overlook this gem. Tucked away from the main road but it has a solid range of spirit and beer.

Almost everything in this place 20% too expensive. Tons of the beer is months or even years past when it should have been sold. So really look at the dates on the beer.
