Brilliant shop well worth a visit lots of lovely decorations for xmas

I was just was in this Ace Hardware Store and I was standing at the counter for paint and the guy walked right up the male customer customer without looking to see who was next and started waiting on him I left the store because Im not spending money here to be ignored.

They have a little bit of everything since they are a smaller store compared to the big box stores. However, you can find just about whatever you need here from housewares, grills, plumbing, electrical, etc. They even carry some hard to find items especially in plumbing. It may cost a little more, but not by much. The employees are always friendly and helpful when I deal with them and even let me bring my dog in on a hot day. Ive never had any problems here and keep going back.

I randomly stopped in to check for a fix for some plumbing & to see if they had radiator automatic vents. The staff was very helpful, first in recognizing I wasnt a regular & 2nd in offering help instead of me wandering aimlessly. The gentleman that helped me was friendly asking me details about the project to assess my needs and offering a number of options. Based in the project he even realized what areas I was likely working in.Surprisingly for the size they have a good tool selection most of the goods you need to complete a home project small to intermediate. This is not a supply store but definitely a good residential hardware store.

Handle on my toilet broke.The young man was very kind and helped me find just the one I needed that also fit my budget.

Nice friendly staff every time I shop at this very locally owned (Im assuming) store. Feels like Im entering one of those shops in a small town. No rush, folks who shop here are pretty chill too.

I dont like to go there because the neighborhood hardware stores always more expensive.. But when I do go the customer service is great. The employees are knowledgeable of their products and their locations. They give reliable information and fast service. I just went to get some keys made this time

As a hardware store goes, I feel that Ace stores are a bit more down to earth for those trying to do smaller projects, so they do have a particular niche which I am particularly drawn towards. However, it is a chain and therefore doesnt offer anything special that would warrant anything more than 3 stars in this case. However, the prices are competitive and it is a good option in the area

Excellent local hardware store, with an huge selection despite being a smaller store. They can cut keys well, provide a variety of custom wood and glass cuts, and have all of the usual tools and household items youd want. They were also super helpful when I needed to urgently change a diaper recently :-)

This is truly a great little neighborhood hardware store. Its amazing how much truly quality merchandise they have inside. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are a little higher than say Menard or home Depot etc but youre paying for the convenience. Sometimes you just need something in a hurry and dont want to deal with the huge stores, driving that distance parking. Im going to this store in just a little while, need vacuum storage bags. Fall clothes come out. Summers are vacuum packed away. Visit you wont dissapointed.

I just like the fact the employees know what they have inside the store they dont waste ur time, ask them what you need if the have you get if they dont they let know right away. I do construction time its money

Great service today got my glass cut I was in and out five pieces of glass!

I wanted a book shelf cut into smaller sections and the employee who cut it did not do it in a 90 degree angle and when I asked him why he didnt cut it at the mark correctly, he just waved at me and went somewhere. Definitely would not recommend!

Great neighborhood hardware store. I always find EXACTLY what I need. The employees are extremely helpful and patient. (A lot of times I do not know the proper names or the tools but they listen to what I need it for and they are always able to assist me.)It does not have the selection that you will find in the big box stores but I dont mind. They have enough to choose from and I do not have to walk two football fields in order to find nails, make keys, or buy paint.I will return.

Love this place. For a lady you would be intimidated by all these tools and gathers. I’m a gadget lady. All I need for the home. From light bulbs, nails, pails, brushes, buckets, shopping carts, step ladders, etc. I can spend three hours brainstorming on home projects. It’s a safe place too. Ample parking on a mall.All I can say is NICE!!

Although I did not know what to call what I wanted when I got there the staff was able to help me and direct me to the proper section of the store. Besides the items I was looking for I found another item that I needed but that I didnt know was there.

I love this hardware store. They always have what I need, unlike Home Crappot. The staff knows where every obscure item might be (ice cream maker rock salt? Aisle 5! A sink faucet coupling for a portable washing machine hose? They have a whole rack!)The seasonal items are fun, and the key counter is great. They have also ordered certain products for me that they do not regularly stock, and I appreciate that!Check here first before you go to the big box stores, I bet theyve got what you need.

I havent been in an Ace Hardware in awhile. I went for Soda Stream refills. Staff was friendly and helpful. But was disappointed once I got home and learned one of the refills was defective and I had to go back to exchange it. Staff was prompt and friendly in issuing my exchange.
