I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer experience I received today. Clearly you can see in the pictures I’m sharing their mistake and error. I purchased online two indoor heaters (black) as shown in the first pic. When I came into the store to pick them up, the staff tried to “sell” me the wrong item, and in different sizes and color. They couldn’t even provide me with the right explanation of why they were doing that to me. I felt upset and approached a supervisor, both walked to isle 43 and found the specific heaters I order online. If they had those in inventory … why did they tried to give me the wrong items. So disappointed!!!

Everything stocked neatlyWent there about 15min before closing time and was not rushed out !!!Most of the employees are very known and courteous!!

Just spent 4K on appliances and another 200 on a new battery for my drill. Shortly after I was followed out and accused of stealing another battery, the same battery that left on a shelf since I decided to buy the 2 pack instead. I was rightfully angry and spoke my mind in which I was meet with aggression from the lost prevention guy and flanked by a rent a cop and another loss prevention worker. Now for some reason I feel bad like I did something wrong here. They handled this poorly and unfortunately for myself and neighborhood we don’t have any other options to shop at that isn’t 30 mins away or more. They should handle ALL cases like this with more tact especially since there was a shootout recently where someone was actually stealing, which resulted in that suspect being killed and a security guard put in a coma.

This store is always clean even though its always extremely crowded especially on weekends of course. There are also people helping to move the self check out and a lot of people walking around to help. Ive been here to get paint about 3 times and its pretty easy and fast. I would give it 5 stars but they do need to open additional lines because the check out lines get long fast.

I visited this particular location for an item I had in mind to purchase. It was available. But of course there was other higher priced models available as well. One of the clerks on the floor noticed my choice and began a hard sell about why I would be disappointed with the model I had chosen. He said that he had the item himself and it kept blowing out a fuse in his vehicle. Almost had me convinced to change my mind and swap out for a higher priced product. What stopped me though is that one of his coworkers chimed in and said that the product is a good one. He suggested that something was probably wrong electrically with his fellow coworkers car. He was right. I purchased the exact model that I had came to get. No problems. This was months ago and after multiple use of the product. My point is that Home Depot sells good stuff. However some employees should be retrained. The 1st associate shouldnt have tried to confuse me as a customer. True enough his job is to help facilitate sales. But not to persuade customers to spend more money than necessary.

If you are remodeling or building houses Home Depot is the best option either you are going to decorate your home for a social event or simply to change the color of your home Home Depot is definitely the best shop According to polls this is the best shop to buy white liner items among others. 

Emoloyees need better training in their department. They dont know anything here. The cashiers need to be more efficient. We in there like we begging for something free. No baby. We paying with cash!

Best home Depot Ive been to in a while the staff was very welcome very informative and the store was clean I look forward to going back .

Always hard to find someone to help. Always find employees in groups talking. On few occasions had to wait for employee to finish his texting conversation. And have had to wait for the cashier to reply to her text. The store should have employees turn in their phone before their shift starts.

This store is in a great location off of Western Ave. However, it is both chronically busy and under-staffed. It always seems like very few registers are open during peak hours.Lately, i’ve been trying to use the App to buy one-off purchases so that I can avoid a trip to this crowded store for a single item. I highly recommend it since they offer free shipping and quick delivery through Fedex.The pricing is fairly low but not the best. It seems like Menards always has the lowest price for a similar product.

Customer services for the key department was bad. We waited 10 minutes after a representative called for assistance and were talked down by a different representative of the store. We stopped by there an hour to closing but that still does not excuse rude representation. Instead of getting what we needed at homedepot we will go elseware.

I had called ahead to see if they would do a door installation for me. They told me I had to come in to make a measure appointment. I showed up and there was no one in the door department. I went to customer service and they told me they could not do an installation for my zip code ( Im 10 minutes away). The door selection was dismal at best. I wasted time and money going to this location. very disappointed. I called a different location and they were able to assist me. I was given the run around. not cool.

Best place for tools, lumber, and gardening supplies. Really knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Prices are affordable. They have classes that show people how to do their own home improvement. Wonderful place

The personal on painting doesnt have a clue about their own products. I ask about sealer products for sidewalks or walls and they send me to electrical, they said youll find it ther!I came back to look for it myself and once I found the stuff one of them came to me trying to send me to a different place, I showed the gallons in front of me and she said I never knew we have this!!. WTHThe store on western ave. and 47 st

I always find what I need construction wise at home Depot, I find home Depot to be more of a construction mans store as opposed to Menards and Lowes for do-it-yourselfers.

Rude employees they don’t say excuse me they just talk to the customers like they were never train for good customer service, the security guard thinks his the store manager …it’s crazy that they had two registers open but only one line I get it we are in the “hood” but it doesn’t mean be rude especially when the customers are not being disrespectful in any way

Its THE place for your DIY supplies. The only thing is how overly crowded it is on the weekend, but, thats to be expected. Overall, its a very good branch to shop at.

Ive had a couple minor issues here. Like, employees cant cut wood at a 45° angle, but math aint for everyone. We let it go. Its the gardening section they get me at. My son has decided we need a plant collection. So everytime we pass home depot he wants to go look and then I have another tree or something. I will say we do have a cool collection, and thats not likely to stop increasing any time soon.

Great place with almost anything you may want. Only thing is you are better of looking for what you need than ask a worker they really dont know anything

Im here every other week. Not much to say . I will say if your getting wood cut here its gonna take them forever to get someone to the back to help you. So get all your other items first. The plants go quick so if u see something u like get it, because it wont be there when u get back. That also includes pots.

I received both an e-mail and text saying my items were ready for pick. I came to pick it up. The lady in customer service said it hadnt been pulled yet. I told her that I would come back because I had to go back to work. I came back the next day. Checked in on the app. Waited for them to bring my items out. Nobody came out. Some guy was arguing with the security guard at the entrance. Watched a security guard get shot, continued to wait, ambulance, paramedics, police and news helicopters all surrounded the store. Still no items. So, I went home. Updated my reviews because they do have some nice and helpful employees. The curbside pick-up at this location is a joke.

Staff is willing to help, and also very friendly. Store is stocked well for sales and other specials.

Also, alot of their employees are fluent in Spanish, just in case some people were might of been skeptical about going to Home Depot & didnt know any English. Its a Great, Nice, Clean, people wearing their masks & practicing social distance.

My order date was March 18th, I was suppose to pick up all items by March 29 at the store. My order was partially received by March 30th. So the next date April 7th I was suppose to receive my last things some vertical blinds. April 8th my account was charged for the last of my order stating it was shipped there and ready for pick up.. But they only shipped 1 of 6 packs and the date for the rest was pushed back 6 times now. It is now June 1st and I still have a date of pick up for May 11th still showing when I track my order. I talked to 2 different managers at this location to see whats the problem. All they have done was tell me theyre calling the vendor and magically my date of pick up changes again . I think this is ridiculous and Im so disappointed. I didnt mention the rude person in shipping who caused this messed up confusion as well.

Very busy store. They do have plenty of merchandise but nothing physically available. You can’t touch or see any tools because everything is locked up!

The Security Officer greeted me at the door with a pleasant smile. Am was shopping was a Community of homeless peoples sleeping on Skid Row.

I like going there but not everyday I get allergies in that 0lace always dusty and I only goes and get my keys and things for my house but hardly goes there to get things but its okay I only go there for emergency thats all everything is good and nice people who work there .

I went to exchange an item because the original didnt contain the right item.. then i couldnt buy more stuff because of their jungle gym aisles on the weekends and LIMITED checkout lanes. Good luck staying safe and healthy out there.

I rented a snake machine to unclog the basement sewer. And the machine was not in good condition. When the worker tested the machine she only pulled out a little bit. I still got charged for a machine that didnt work.👿😡

No waiting. I found what I needed, which were painter sticks and wood glue. Checkout was fast a convenient.

Nice selection of tools. Checkout is s nightmare. Hopefully you are not on the clock losing money waiting in line. Return policy is great. Use credit cards so you wont need receipts if you lose it.

Very crowded with close parking. Someone scrapped my car while I was inside and I dont know who it was. As a matter of fact two scrapes. One on the passenger side door, and one on the driver side panel under the headlight. Their parking lot is really tight with lots of home repair people in very old panel trucks.

Last year alone, I have spent around 92k in material according to my books, 99% from this store.I asked if they the cashier who later identified herself as Darish. I didnt see her name tape so I couldnt verify. So I asked if she could price match a Wzye camera with Microcenters physical store that is local. I was told that they only price match with Lowes and Menards. I pointed out that the company policy says ANY retailer. She said that it had to be a competitor, I replied with, if both stores are selling the same product, theyre competing. She then told me she didnt have time for me.That is when I decided to leave and contact customer service. Which they also said they only price match with local competitors which is really confusing now. I cant trust a company that cant honor something so simple as their own company policy. I have decided to look at other competitors to complete my projects and only visit this store for some products.Just from last evening I managed to find a better price on cabinets just from not taking Home Depot as an option.

I call a day before to ask about an availability of a product NO one answer, ok they might be busy i understand. Next day I went ask for help on the product/item i was trying to buy waited almost 30 min for assistance and guess what NO ONE CAME I guess i answer my own question and if the product work it works and if it doesnt oh well Im screwed. The most lazy Home depot i ever gone too 1st and last time.

I had a great experience with the cashier Jazmin. She was a great help. I just didnt like that the item I was looking for said there was 29 of them and she said they didnt have any at all. But found us one in a different color. She also called another store for us and made sure that he actually checked the shelf for the item.

Just stopped by for 5 gallon water. The clerk was very friendly and efficient.

I needed a couple of pieces of plexiglass cut, and I called ahead of time to make sure they had it and make sure they could cut it. The person that answered the phone said yeah weve got it and yeah we can cut it for you. Got to the store, no they dont have it and no they dont cut it for you. They only cut wood. But the people at the actual store are nice. Its a big place with a lot of departments and services so its gotta be hard to keep straight what every department has and what services are provided. I rented a cargo van there and it was a good price and the people were really helpful, friendly and efficient.

I learned something new; an older employee when I showed him a picture of a plumbers work, said he did it wrong. I believe the home depot man. Anybody who needs to have a new shower installed should be able to buy any shower kit quickly from their local home improvement store.

Went for plants for my yard. Things were very limited, no vegetable variety, and pricing was high.

We didn’t find what we are looking for but besides that is decent.

I love Home Depot!!! They have pretty much everything you need to keep up your home. The only thing I still cant find is Lysol Disinfectant Spray. Other than that....5 stars from me!!!

The people that work in this store are big liars went in to purchase a cooler that was honored for $50 online this lady told me theyre not honoring it if something is sold for $50 every store should honor it. She said the manager said no I dont know who she spoke to on the phone but she probably lied. 🤬
