Like fresh market and the meats, produce is truly fresh. This is the one I spoke about in the lot with Aldis in my other post. Footballs here and you can get party wings packs, boxes of rib tips, bulk hot dogs, hamburger meat, and cheese, crackers, snack meats for your trays. Go (_______), Football, to each their own team! Wont push my team in this post.

They had $1/lb on some of there meats and when I say I went bonkers. I went bonkers!! I love chicken and I got 40 lbs of chicken wings. If only I could find oxtails for the same price then life would be perfect.

Been shopping here since 1995, and the customer service always made me feel like family. They always greet you with a smile, and quick to give assistance. The management dont limit their selves to just the office, but also assist customers.

They go up on there price at the end of every month. Before the 1st and 3rd of the month. A lot of there meat is not fresh.I been living in this era for alot of years. Its been the same.They are ripping people off for sure.Every since they close there orher store on west north ave.

I have been shopping at Aldi in Humboldt Park for just short of a year now, and have never stopped in at Market Fresh Foods, which sits right next door. However, one evening while looking to pick up dinner I got the urge to stop in to see what it had to offer.Market Fresh Foods most certainly has more grocery items than Aldi, but if you want to shop on a budget, Aldi is your best option. In comparison to your Marianos, Jewel-Osco and Petes Fresh Market, Market Fresh Foods is smaller, yet has similar grocery items in stock w/ some similar to Aldi. Plus you can buy a variety of freshly sliced meats by the pound because Market Fresh Foods has an onsite butcher w/ Government Inspected meat, which is similar to your Marianos, Jewel-Osco and Petes Fresh Market.After my evening here strictly to pick up dinner, I came to the conclusion of if I cannot find certain food items at Aldi, then Im quite positive that Market Fresh Foods has what Im looking for. Other things that Market Fresh Foods has is access to an ATM, and Illinois Lottery. With that being said, I hope this review assists you in any way.Thomas G
