I never do any bad comments but this place made me to. Just so you can do something about it. I dont mean any bad to the cashier who sits on the front desk, hes always polite. Just wanna talk about the meat corner at the back.This one guy there is sooo RUDE!!He doesnt know how to deal with customers at all !! Had a really bad experience. Please do something about it or else you will lose all your customers !!

Very busy place for meat shopping. Orders over the phone can get mixed up sometimes but they are always trying resolve it positively. GREAT PRICES FOR THE MEAT PRODUCT.

Halal meat is great and taste so good the blood is drained from the meat for better tasting and it last longer as well somewhat expensive but its worth it and they cut and skin the meat just like you want it very nice butchers at this place and you can call ahead and tell them what you want and they will have it prepared for you in advance to pick up and go I love this place its kinda far where I live at but once a month not bad

The manager here is very rude, disrespectful and no morals at all towards my old mother and me.We went there like four timesTwice we left from there because there was no one to assist in that empty shop and as we wanted to buy more number of pressure cookersBecause we decided we will buy and again try this time still there wasn’t anyone to assist so we went to meat counter and asked for help in assisting to purchase so that they can find and give more number of items but the guy rudely said just go by yourself and pick but I mentioned that we came here twice before and because there was no one to assist us as everything was messy up stairs and we had to leave.So we waited until he came, when we asked about the varieties in the product and sizes he started replying rudely and wanted us to just take whatever is available and leave, I absorbed twice when he replied badly to me but then when I noticed that he directly and indirectly started talking disrespectfully towards my mom also this wasn’t something acceptable and he started lying couple of times which I told him and he got angry and started walking away without helping us and asked us to leave the shop and don’t talk much.I asked him who is the manager or owner I want to speak to him and he said it’s him and then I realized it’s not worth to go and buy anything from this shop which almost always empty I have barely seen anyone coming here and now understood the reason if a manager of a shop disrespectfully ask you to get out of his shop then it’s not surprising.Will Never go to this place anymore.Negative not even 0 star for this place.

I ordered 4lb chicken breast, they weighed 4lb in front of me before cutting the meat. As I noticed a part of the meat was taken away while cutting I asked them to weigh again & surprisingly it was only 3lb, I enquired this weight difference with the butcher, he in turn blabbered & argued with me for quite some time. Finally he added a slice of meat which made total weight to 3.7lb. The cashier arrived that time & explained that weight is reduced as the cutting is free. I dont understand what waste will come out of chicken breast meat.I have been buying here for a while now pushed to look for other meat shop.

I been regularly going their for a good part of three years. Once they opened this new place their meat had lost quality. Customer service is very bad. Manager is very rude. Doesn’t bother listening to customers needs.

I got wrong meat on my last purchase. While trying to explain the manager on my next visit he was rude and gave me a response mistake happenes once in a while do what you want to do we don’t care

Manager is very rude and doesn’t listen to the customer needs, just keep on talking, he does not have ethics how to talk to the customer, also I won’t be going to this store from next time as the quality of meat is worst as well, you have lost one customer .
