Nice novelty and souvenir store. Many items on display are for display only where brand new items are available in brand new unopened boxes. Prices and item quality better than nearby stores.

I sent a gift basket to friends who are visiting West Hollywood. I selected Gifts R Us because of the good reviews. I just wanted to add mine, because my friends raved about the basket they received - a wide assortment of snacks which were all very good quality. Also, I made a special request, and the customer service representative was very quick to respond and was accommodating. This a such a cute shop in chinatown! A lot of the chinatown shops offer the same type of gifts, but this one has more variety and you can find something for everyone. Of course, they also have those Chinatown staple gifts like fortune cookies, jasmine soaps, chopsticks, etc. with the cheapest prices too. Ive hunted around for the lowest price, and this is the place to get them.

It was over crowded and under stocked. Yes quite cheap but very limited options.
