We have been shopping with iD for years and have purchased over 20 pairs of glasses over the years, as well as eye exams . We will not go anywhere else. The service and the products are top notch! Thank you for always taking great care of us

I spent over $400 on a pair of glasses from ID. When the (unbeknownst to me) flimsy glasses broke, the staff at this facility stated they would help me either go through insurance, warranty, or re-order the same frame so I could keep using the glasses. The staff stated they would give me an update once they had gone through with the process. Long story short, the staff never followed up, they do not answer phone calls, they do not respond to voice mail, and they do not respond to email. It would have been more professional to initially state they would not help their customer with a warranty claim in the first place and not have wasted their time. Steer clear of this shop.

Great customer experience!I’m an extremely indecisive person when it comes to picking out glasses but with the expert help of the owners, I was able to find a trendy pair of glasses that I may have not found on my own. I even found the perfect wallet on my 2nd visit to the store.The owners have created a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing environment that keeps you wanting to come back. Extremely satisfied with my purchases and I recommend all to share in this experience.

This place stole over $500 from me (for prescription sunglasses) and I still haven’t gotten a refund. It’s been over a year and I’ve totally given up on ever seeing that money again. Super disappointing.They offered a refund but never sent it, even when I tried to check back in with them multiple times.

This place is great. I’ve been suffering from eye issues for a few days and these guys took me in,last minute, no problem. Tony, one of the owners, is incredibly helpful and kind. The doctor they gave on staff is very knowledgeable as well. Support small businesses.

Was in the neighborhood and saw that they had plants for sale. Walked in, asked Steven for the prices, and happily walked out with one. Hes incredibly polite and helpful. Its also a nicely designed little place. Looks like they have a good selection of glasses and nice modern furniture.

ID was the best experience I ever had purchasing new glasses. They wouldnt stop until I had the perfect pair and I have never had so many compliments on my glasses! So, I sent my husband and his Tom Fords really make a statement - in business and casual wear! Just went back for sun glasses too!

Been going here for the last four years and get great eyeware every time. New designs on a regular bases and while you are getting your eyes tested you can take a look at the great home furnishings they also carry.

We purchased three pieces of furniture from iD, chairs and a media table, totaling just under $4,000. At purchase we were told the chairs would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Two months later they finally arrived and we were thanked for our patience while enduring the delay. The media table was estimated at two months for delivery. Were now four months out and still waiting. Each time I reach out for an update Im thanked for my continued patience, told the piece is nearly finished and....then weeks pass. Its a shame because I do like the furniture and had a pleasant in-store experience while shopping. However, when I must proactively hound a vendor for updates on goods for which Ive fully paid (a not insignificant sum), but not yet received, month(s) beyond estimated delivery, I feel compelled to caution others.

Nice people and a terrific mix of things that would look great in many homes!
