Thomas made the process extremely easy and gave me the guidance I needed to execute my shirt order. He made sure to work on multiple mock ups until we got the best one. The lack of professionalism and blatantly rude and disrespectful behavior I have experienced from the owner of this company, Thomas McGrath, has been absolutely mind boggling. My order was paid for two months ago and I have still not received my entire order after he made a mistake with the first order. I called him about the order (twice) and he warned me to “stop harassing him about the order….or else.” He has not responded to my emails, calls, or texts. I wish I would have checked out their negative reviews before sending money to this company. Clearly I am not the first to have trouble with Thomas, nor will I be the last. This is certainly the worst customer experience that I have ever had.

Apparel Machine crushes it. Always on time and consistent. Providing some of the best work at a really solid price. They can handle any size order we throw at them. 10/10 would recommend.

Perhaps Custom Apparel does quality work when you can get them to work with you, but they are incredibly unresponsive and unreliable. After attempting to complete a small project with them, which I sent exact measurements of what I needed and followed up weekly, I ended up sending a prepaid shipping label to have my shirts returned to me (without embroidery) as they were apparently unable to allocate time to my order after four months of correspondence. Unbelievably frustrating experience.

We ordered 24 shirts for a company kickball game. Turnaround for our items was very quick and the prices were low - a lot of places charge more if you have a smaller order. Our shirts turned out so good! I worked with Thomas throughout this entire process and he was very quick to respond to all my messages and had a very high sense of customer service. I would recommend this company 10/10 times and look forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Thomas was excellent to deal with. He handled everything professionally, adapted to the number of changes my wife Elsa had and he did it great! They stole over $700 worth of merchandise from me, they never respond to calls or emails. They will take your money and then never deliver the product... Ridiculously terrible and rude customer service to go on top of shady business tactics. If youre into being verbally harassed for following up on your order, not getting the correct order, and bold faced lies about previous conversations on said order, these are your guys. If I could write a negative star review I would. The owner of this company Thomas McGrath, who handled our order, lacked proper communication skills, he would not return phone calls or emails and would only communicate with me through text messages. He never provided a confirmation or invoice for our order, pushed back the completed date multiple times, and lied to me over the course of the two weeks he had my items about the status of my order. Finally on the day the product was supposed to be finished and delivered he told me they had not even been started or moved from their original drop off location, despite me having asked multiple times over two weeks what the status of our items were and him replying they were either in production, were working on it, or they were completed and shipped this morning.I then almost had to call the police to report stolen goods because after admitting the items had not been started and promising they would be delivered back to us two other employees, Eric and Matthew, ignored multiple calls, emails, and texts for several days confirming our items shipment or location. I eventually had to go back and pick the product up myself from their Chicago office. The office is unmarked, sits above a dentists office, and is rarely occupied by anyone. Oh and dont bother trying to call the company, 90% of the time no one answers or returns voicemails, regardless of what option you select.Completely unprofessional, shady, unethical business tactics. DO NOT do business with them.
