Finally decided to buy some branded apparel for my business. There were many companies that came up when I did a search for custom tee shirts and I liked the setup that Rush Order had. I ordered a handful of hoodies and they came i. promptly. I really liked how they looked and felt. There was a logo on the front and back and there was a color difference between the two (slight) and they were supposed to be the same. I sent a quick email and they responded in less than a day and sent me the corrected design. They were very professional and polite and made it right. Their customer service backed up what I saw in the design tool to begin with. Grateful for them and will absolutely be ordering more from them in the spring.

I had a rough time making my shirt (because my boss didn’t give me the right logo. NOT because of this website!) I put in some notes and they came out amazing! 1 was folded and packaged wrong so when I unfolded. The logo got messed up but as soon as I contacted them with my photos, they immediately apologized and they are sending a replacement! Amazing customer service and again.. they made my design better than I expected! Thankyou so so much, worth every penny! In the picture. Right is my work shirt and left is what I received and it’s perfect! ( the font is different because I did that.. gotta be different lol) but colors and everything match! I LOVE it.

Rush order tees sent me 20 printed hoodies today with a different color than what I had bought. I emailed them and they stated that due to industry shortages they can send a different color. The say this is stated to people in fine print after they checkout. How about the age old courtesy or asking people to change their colors before you send it out? Shady practice. Buyer beware. Highly advantageous options and abilities on the website. Many opportunities and excellent prices. I have had excellent orders in the past and only one order arrive slightly different than expected and rushordertees resolved it immediately. Wonderful doing business!

So I had a rush order on some t-shirts from rush order tees. By mistake of either myself or the design lab they printed the shirts with a flag and om2r on the belly instead of the sleeves. I was a little disappointed by not having our shirts for the time we needed them, but with a simple phone call I had everything reprinted to specification. Thanks so much rush order tees for amazing customer service and great products.

I ordered 9 shirts but received a couple dirty ones and a couple others had incorrect colors. After a few calls and emails, those shirts were resent (at no cost) in about 3-4 weeks. In what seemed purposeful, the next batch still had some color issues and the graphics were completely stretched on a shirt. I know things happen but this was my experience. Definitely learned my lesson.** Update **Since posting my review, Alyssa contacted me directly, was apologetic and offered to do EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to improve my experience. This was a very much appreciated and has given me the confidence to again, give RushOrderTees another opportunity.

After having trouble with our order a second time Alyssa, the Customer Care Manager got everything fixed. We received our shirts today and we love the way they turned out. Thank you Alyssa! Our order also came quicker than expected, so double thank you!

I’ve ordered from them 4 times and 3 of my orders came good. I emailed them about the 1 order that came out not to good and they had it remade with no cost and received it back in a timely manner and it came out good. Dumbs up 👍 and I’m still ordering shirts to be made by them.

So, i got a text message that says my order has been shipped. That was on Feb 26, 2021. It is now March 17, 2021 and i still havent receive my order.I wonder if they shipped it from Vietnam? But the tracking number belongs to USPS so it has to come from within the US right? Unless this is a scam... Ive contacted the customer service a few days ago, and he verified that it was definitely shipped and that the USPS just didnt update their system.Today i received a text message that my order has been shipped out (Again). I wonder if they even shipped it the first time. hmm..

I’ve ordered multiple shirts from Rush Order and they’ve been on time and the quality is great . There was one mistake with the print fading, but they immediately made it right . I will definitely order from them again .

I just bought a shirt just in time for Valentine’s Day. The quality of the shirt is very nice. It is true to size, someone told me to size up but there is no need for that. The only I had was the print was black and white on the shirt. But the design I made was bright and colorful. And they completely washed out the person on the print, making them almost as black as the shirt.

Ordered a printed shirt and paid 30 extra for faster shipping because I needed it soon. Shirt was blurry and not even the right style of shirt I ordered. They sent out another one that took a week that is even WORSE and more grainy than the first one. So now a 3 day order has turned into 2 weeks with 2 blurry grainy shirts.Don’t bother with this company. I NEVER leave bad reviews but I just want my $65 back

They did an excellent job. The print came out nice, although there was a small error in the way that the print was put to the hoodie compared to my original design. I sent an email, and they responded immediately, saying that they will send out a replacement.Good quality feeling hoodie with solid print.

The shirts I ordered came in with the wrong number and let me tell you I LOVE show quick it got solved. I was able to get the shirts with the right info on it. Best customer service ever! honestly! Definitely will be ordering more from you guys !

UPDATE 10/28/2020Within 12 minutes of me leaving a review, customer service reached out to me and quickly and professionally took care of me. They redid my design with what I had an issue with, created and printed the new shirt that day, and overnighted it out to me and it was to my place not 24 hours later with a corrected size. I am very pleased with them now. Extremely professional and worth the money. Because of my experience, I told some of my friends and within that day my friend was on creating a t shirt for himself. Overall my experience has completely changed and my review of them has changed! 10/10I ordered off their websites and created my T shirt. It came out to be $27 and it took about a week of shipping. I had my design pretty large on the t shirt on the website but when I received it, it was WAY smaller than it looked on the website. I am pretty unhappy with my order and I probably wont order anything again based off this initial experience. I did give it a 2 star because the shipping and design ability online was easy but I was not satisfied with the product

My shirt came in so blurry. I couldn’t even make out the picture. Customer Service was fast though. They said they would reprint it and send out another. I’ll be back with an update once I receive it.

Truly an amazing company, i order a bunch of custom hoodies with my business logo on them to give as christmas gifts. i received them on the 22nd of december. My logo did not come out exactly as i was hoping, i reached out to customer service just explaining that they did not come out how i was expecting them to. I got an immediate response stating they will send me new hoodies and I informed them that this was not totally necessary. Early morning on the 24th christmas eve, i received another package from rushordertees with all new hoodies with my fixed logo on them and they looked amazing!!! Outstanding rushordertees! The 1st 2 orders I received were really good look professional right on the spot. This 2nd order I received was horribly wrong I ordered A50/50 dry blend and received heavy Cotton also the printing was smudged and blurry did not look professional at all. I have been waiting A-day and a half now for someone to call me back and to return my emails this is not how a professional company works I do not think I will be buying their T shirts for my business again.Today I received the correct order I was originally supposed to receive, it took about 6 days. The shirts look great very professional and they definitely made good on there behalf. I would order from them again and change my rating to 5
