We had a great experience at Arezzo with Vince. The new location looks beautiful and the selection is enormous. However, that’s not the best part of this place. Customer service is second to none. Vince took time to educate us on what we were buying, and answered our questions with patience and detail. I’ve shopped at big box stores, but never received this amount of attention and service. My wife and I bought two rings from Vince to commemorate our 10 year wedding anniversary, and they’re simply stunning!

Vince and his mom made this life changing experience for me much better than I expected. Shopping around for an engagement ring was really difficult for me, especially, with all the jewelers around and everyone trying to sell you like its their life depending on it. Here at Arezzo, I did not feel like I was being sold at all. They de-stressed me first which was the most important thing by calming me that finding the right ring and in my almost impossible time frame, was possible. They then laid out all the options for me and then found even more after a few days by doing extra work on their own time. It was such a pleasant surprise as I felt zero pressure to purchase anything yet I found the perfect ring and all they would do is advise and help me with the process. The choice was simple and I finally felt like I couldnt go wrong as I knew I could reach out to Vince and the team (not to mention this is a family-run business for over 30 years) at any time for last second advice or changes. I have come back to the shop after the engagement went perfect, as you can see in attached photos, and they quickly re-sized the ring and met my fiance with the most respect Ive ever seen. I brought Vincent a diamond ring given to me four years ago, as I wanted to use the diamonds for my own engagement ring. I presented him with the new design, and before the gold was forged and the diamonds set, he sent me the image of the ring for approval. It turned out exactly as I wanted, and we went on to use all of the diamonds between my engagement ring and a necklace. We’ve purchased many items over the years, from gifts for our bridal party, Pandora, and now my newborn sons baptism cross and Italian Horn. The service is always spot on, and they are quick with turn arounds as well. He takes care of my diamond ring for me, cleaning it and checking it for loose diamonds whenever I want to drop it off. Implacable service!

Took my Armani watch there to get it fixed. They fixed the initial problem I had told them about. I also let them know that my band wouldn’t lock. When I went to pick up my watch I looked at it, it looked fixed soon as I went to put it on the band was still broken and wouldn’t lock. The person I had talked too said “the guy said he fixed it, then said you have to lock both sides at the same time for it to work”?!!? That’s not fixing the problem, that’s a half a** way of a quick solution. The band is now worse than it was before I brought it in. Smh
