The entire family at Donna Jewelry treats everyone like their own. They’re very knowledgeable about diamonds, lab created or natural, as well as different metals and settings. My fiancé showed them a photo of a ring setting he liked and they made it from scratch. The ring turned out to be even better than expected. They also helped guide him to find a diamond in his price range and help chose what elements were important to him. He recently bought our wedding bands from them and they are going to make a custom band to match my engagement ring. The work they do is incredible and it’s a completely family run business. The people here really are the best! My husband and I needed an honest opinion about some jewlery he inherited and wanted to make a new ring out of. They were extremely honest and saved us the cost of tearing everything apart. They showed us so many details of the existing jems and explained everything quite well. After reading amazing reviews, I decided to stopped in to get two rings resized. One a bit more difficult than the other. They were amazing! Customer service is top notch! One of the ladies took her time in showing and explaining everything to me and service was super fast! My rings were ready within a couple hours and let me tell you that my rings never looked shinier!! They obviously did a phenomenal job cleaning them as well! And the older gentleman at the shop keep informing me that anytime I needed them cleaned, they would take care of it with no problem. I’d definitely recommend everyone to this little shop! I’m a permanent customer!

The experience I had with Donna Jewelry company was very smooth, creative and satisfying! The nice thing about this family-owned company is that everyone in the family was involved in the custom ring I had them create. As a consumer, it was a simple as me going in there, introducing myself and giving them a bunch of photos of other rings with features I liked. They used their creativity and talents to create a 3D-printed mock-up of what the ring setting would look like. We sat down together on several occasions to review the mock-ups and select stones (in my case, black diamonds and dark red garnets). My specific ring was a bit more difficult as I wanted them to use black gold instead of white gold. Rather than plating the ring with black gold here in the U.S. (poor quality), they sent it to Hong Kong to have the best people in the industry do it. They let me know once the ring was done immediately and I was very very happy with the final result. Theyre not interested in volume business. They are interested in personal relationships and making sure you understand the differences between styles, cuts, how light hits the ring and maintenance. I have every intention of continuing to use Donna and her company for ALL of my future jewelry needs. This is an easy recommendation for me to make as I suggest all of my friends, family, and online viewers use them.

My husband and I visited several jewelers to re-set the center stone of my engagement ring into a 3-stone ring and also to purchase new wedding bands for our 30th anniversary. Donna was able to show us an example very close to what we were looking for and worked with us to custom design the 3-stone ring in platinum with two side stones in matching quality to my center stone. After comparing prices, I found Donna Jewerly to offer excellent quality at a reasonable price. When I went in to have my stones set in the new setting, Donnas father had my watch the process, so I could make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Theres so much competition, and a first-time buyer can only hope that theyre getting a fair deal. I visited a few places on Wabash before I ended up in Donnas shop, and when I did, I realized she was far and away the most genuine person to work with.The shop is actually only an unassuming strip of jewelers cases located at the entrance to a diamond mall, but dont get the wrong idea. They might as well rename the mall after their shop, because theres nothing else to see there.Donna found me a high-quality diamond at a price that was better than what I was being quoted elsewhere for diamonds with lesser clarity and color. They didnt hesitate to offer that diamond with a custom-designed setting at the same price point. I sketched out the design that I was looking for, and they executed it beautifully. My budget was modest, but youd never be able to tell by looking at the ring.I had plans to get engaged while visiting family in Arizona, so Donna offered to ship the finished ring with a secure shipping agency and the appropriate insurance. A few months later I was so excited for my now-wife to meet Donna and her family, and they set us up with equally-stunning wedding bands.Fast-forward 6 years later. My wife and I live on the East coast now, but while on a business trip back to the city, I thought Id take a shot at visiting Donna to see if she could replace a small diamond on my wifes eternity band. I was stunned that Donnas family recognized me as soon as I entered the shop. It felt like I was visiting family who I hadnt seen in awhile. They were excited to hear about our kids, and better yet, they took care of my wifes band at no cost. I saved for a long time before I could afford the type of ring I hoped to buy my soon to be wife. We are very old school and did not talk about or go ring shopping at all.
