Always crowded, but the line moves fairly quickly and its always a great place for ice cream

Good food but SUPER SLOW SERVICE ALWAYS no matter how pact other empty it may be. Once they took my order and never called me to say it was ready and when I went up to the counter they were confused. AWFUL SERVICE

The employees are the worst. And the mongonadas arent even how theyre supposed to be . They just give you saved ice with chile and with Like 4 cubes of mango .

Great home made. Ice cream different varieties to choose from the reason i give it 1star is due to a employee grace she is rude and gives only half of what you pay forlike if you buy 1 scoop in a cup she gives you a half scoop but other than her the rest of staff are 👍awesome . I love the strawberry cheesecake, but like i said they have so many to choose from its hard to decide which flavor you want. & thats the same with the ice cream bars they have water&milk flavors so many to choose from they are homemade also & palletas/ice cream bars Tiny ones for toddlers also i buy those for my 2 year old. And they have big ones for adults teens. Kids in a lot of different flavors to choose from.They also have yogurts with whatever fruits you choose to put in your yogurt with different toppings they also have ACOUPLE of food trays to choose from along with varieties of different kinds of mixters of fruit. & ice cream together. How ever if you are ever in the area i recommend you stop in this place and try some thing all thier water ice cream bars are natural as well as the ice cream.and as far as the prices they are not high more economical prices.😀🍦🍨🍧🍒🍋🍊🍏🍓🍑🍌🍐🍈🍍🍇🍉

The place is always packed and the employees dont know how to prioritize, they prefer turn their backs to the customers in there so they can take orders over the phone making the looong lines even longer. They dont have sense of customer service, most of them act like theyre giving food away and take their sweet time to work in your order. Its a shame because the product is good and at a good pricw thats why I give them 1 star

The Ice cream, especially the lime one was too sour to even eat. Nasty flavor, Im disappointed.

They take forever!!! There was only 2 people in line when it was my turn they literally took 28 minutes on making 2 milkshakes!!!!! Ive come before and sometimes they put too much milk on the milkshakes that takes over the flavor might as well give me a glass of milk smh.

Gets crowded so I suggest they add more tables. They know how many people come and buy so I dont understand why they dont add more tables or chairs. Certain workers have a bad attitude thats not fit for the environment. Some are very polite though. Fair prices, cheaper than the other ice cream shops down the street.

I called in an order the other day to pick up and she said 20 minutes, I arrived in 30 minutes because I figured Id give her some more time since I know this location is always busy but she hadnt even started on my order. Super upsetting.

Food is delicious, ice cream is amazing as well. Very friendly staff they’re just crowded most times so be prepared to take 10-20 mins to get your order taken and receive your items on busy days.

Love everything about this place, especially the prices! Great aguas, ice creams, Im hooked on the pistachio. The strawberry yogurt with fruit topped with granola coconut and pecans is what I get every time ;-)

Best palateria around. Theres always a line which sucks and the workers take their sweet ass time like that dont see all the people waiting but I mean its good. The prices are ok and the 1 scoop is more like 3 small scoops ! Only speak Spanish.

Great paleteria with a variety of Mexican-style ice cream popsicles, yogurt with fruits and other summer time treats. Its a MUST try if you are close by. Everything I have tried there has been delicious.

The service is good and the quality of the food is great but the amount of time it takes for you to be attended is exaggerated. It takes so long for the workers to take your oder and when I say they take their time making your order they REALLY do take their time. On a regular day the wait time for you to get your oder at this icecream store is 30 minutes to an hour! I once saw the same couple at the front waiting to get their order taken for 10 minutes! Its understandable that they are given long orders sometimes or are just really busy but this is an all time thing. I never want to go in and order if there are more than 5 people in line. If I could give this a rating out of five stars I would give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Great ice cream, a bit of a wait but sooo worth it!

I kept telling this lady my order and she got an attitude and she doesnt even have paper and pencil to write it down.and also i kept telling her what i wanted and she didnt even listen and got it all wrong so i wanted someone else to take my order but the lady didnt want to so i just left the damn store.

Prices are reasonable and the options are endless and delicious! Just a tad inefficient with the order intake and follow through. The line is usually all the way to the door.

1st time here. so far the service was excellent, but there is only one other person ahead. nachos, sandwiches, cheetos, doritos with cheese, and ice cream. can sit down to eat. very much kid friendly.

Horrible. Waited 23 min. Just so that they can give me a small carton of frozen strawberries all frozen into a cube. And they just added the cream on top of the frozen cube. And then charged me $3.25 for it.

Ok. Service was excellent. My daughter ordered a vegetable plate and it left a lot to be desired. A little bit of veggies on a large bed of rice. For starters, rice is a grain and not a vegetable. So we felt grossly underserved at a restaurant that is at the top of everyones list.

I really like the Elotes and Esquites from this place BUT I dont like that they cut the corn too close to the corn cob. The esquites have many of the hard stuff in it and theyre not too pleasant. Other that, the ladies are awesome in the customer service.

It is always busy during the evenings and nights they have to work on their customer service it is always going to be a line and you have to be patient with your order and yes they except credit cards this is one of maybe two locations around this area that except credit cards
