Big City Fashions is dope!!! These guys customized my oversized T-shirt for my birthday; I told them exactly what I wanted on my T-shirt and these guys did an excellent job. I’m a perfectionist, and that’s what I received from Big City. The staff was very professional and great customer service. It was my first time visiting Big City Fashions, definitely had a dope experience. I would definitely recommend Big City Fashions family/friends.

Frost is the BEST! Hes friendly and creative! He takes what you have in your head and explodes it to canvas. Hes considerate to your ideas. He definitely listens to you. Just a dope guy to take care of what you need. One of big city fashions finest.

Terrible customer service from the light skin guy! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Sad to say but this is why we have trouble supporting our own people! I won’t be going back and I will tell others not to as well

I came in last minute to get a swim parka embroidered. Although they were very busy at the time, they graciously accommodated me and rush request. They did a fabulous job on my daughters parka and they are very professional. Im very pleased.

They’re inconsiderate! They don’t have their site updated to inform people that they only do appts and don’t always answer. So a person like me that pulls up and not live in the area and be turned away is not okay! Smh!

I had heard good things about the store. Went in there to get two shirts done for my twins granddaughters. Their pictures on their shirts was beautiful. They did a GREAT job. I will be back again.

Just ordered tshirts for the church Bowling league so we see the results Monday?

Why is it that I ordered a shirt, One shirt on Saturday for a special Earth Angel, I am told that I can pick up the shirt at 7pm, but I told the guy that I wouldnt be able to pick up then, so it was set for Monday at 1pm, I get there to pick it up so I could make it to work by 3, my shirt wasnt ready and the guy just started working on it, and it ended up that I waited 20 minutes and had to leave cause I didnt need to be docked for being like. Why only in the hood. I am Very Disappointed, and I dont have the simple gift for my Earth Angel!!!
