I cannot say enough good things about these folks! Dr. Choi took the time to thoroughly update my prescription and was very focused. Thank you to Damien for welcoming and helping me get an appointment quickly. Thank you to Miranda and Eric for supplying information not pressure. I never felt I was being sold something I didnt need! Finally, a huge THANK YOU to Eric for fixing my broken glasses. The temporary glue fix made it until the new ones arrived! A small gesture that meant a lot to me!

This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at an optometrist. All staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about different insurances and the many options available for glasses and contacts. I have never written a review before but I was so impressed that I felt I had to share. I’d definitely recommend, and will be returning for all of my eye care needs!

Dr. Albert Choi, OD, is a genius!!! I have thrown away my cheaters!!!Im 60 and have worn contacts for about 30 years for farsightedness and astigmatism. The contacts work always worked well for me, but not for reading. I still needed +1.5 reading glasses.Dr. Choi is the FIRST EVER to suggest a brilliant and what seems a rather simple solution for me, by raising the contact lens power in my stronger eye ABOVE the power of the weaker eye. When this works well for patients, it tricks the stronger eye to take over when the weaker eye fails. And in my case. IT WORKS!! GREAT!!! Why didnt any of my former eye doctors think of that???Now I only have to double check that I leave my home with merely 2 necessities...keys and phone. It used to be keys, phone, GLASSES. And if I forgot the latter, I was in big trouble if I had to read anything in my travels.I wish all my health care providers were as innovative and forward-thinking as Dr. Choi! Bravo! You have given me more freedom and for that I am so grateful. Again, THANK YOU, DR. CHOI!!!

After a whole month I’m finally done with the nightmare this place has been. The day of the exam the sales person never offered me the samples for my contacts since I was getting a new prescription so that mistakes costs us a whole month since she sold me the boxes of contacts and I couldn’t see. Communication with the store was always unsuccessful they always asked me if I was sure “I could not see” with the contacts until I went back and I had to prove it to the Dr. The process after he realized the prescription was wrong for my contacts was worse than a mess, they ordered samples after two weeks and after I confirmed them the prescription worked well, they asked me why the first boxes were open. I mean, how would I find out that they did not work for me if I do not open them? So unprofessional place, they did not even know how to handle the exchange situation and they even asked me for my cc number to place the order of the second boxes and then process a refund, it was their fault since the beginning so of course I did not pay again. I hope I would never hace to go back there

I highly recommend Dr Choi. He and his team were able to get me in right away when I had a painful emergency. Once I was in, the registration process was smooth. I appreciate their safety protocols as well to keep their patients safe! The appointment was painless and I felt so much relief. I am very grateful for their efforts and professionalism!

Loved this place. Got my eye exam and they signed me up for contacts application lesson the next week since I’ve never applied contacts in real life. They were really patient with me and now I can easily put my contacts on and take the off. Highly recommended if covered by your insurance and live nearby!

This place loves to gouge you for as much as they can.I went here to get a prescription for contacts. During the eye exam I was asked if I wanted to do an extra test for $40, which I declined. When discussing contacts with the representative she said that I cant order contacts online, which is a flat out lie - the only reason I was there was to get a prescription so I could order them online. She had a major attitude with me since I made it clear I wasnt going to be buying anything from them.My husband had his eyes checked and was told he had 20/20 vision and they still asked him if he wanted to buy glasses just for the computer.I dont get the vibe that this place cares about my health or well being and they really only care about selling contacts, glasses, and services to you as much and as many as they can.

I did not feel comfortable here for a variety of reasons. When I came in two people were friendly. But the rest of the experience wasnt that great. I am (was) trying to get contacts and they made it sound complicated. My insurance covers an exam and some money towards contacts. I am not even done trying these contacts (giving a one week trial) and they wanted to lock in both my exam and apply the other credit towards contacts, even though I havent tried any for more than 10 minutes in the office. When I said Id do it separately they said good luck with doing that. They were saying you cant get contacts online with the prescription when I know you can. They said theyd price match and said they were looking online when I was there yet they wouldnt tell me where until I asked them (1800contacts). There are plenty of other places Id like to check myself. I couldnt get my prescription because it hasnt been finalized which I undertand. I just feel when it is finalized Ill be pressured to get it there or theyll give me a hard give me attitude about asking for it.It used to be another chain and I used them last time. I had no problem ordering contacts separate from the exam. They let me bring in my own online quotes and even gave me the prescription but I decided to order from them, they were good. This place I feel the total opposite and will not be going back. Its a doctors office, it shouldnt feel like some pressure sale.Also, they cant give you a straight up price for contacts. It has to be this is the price but theres a rebate and stuff like that which I dont appreciate. Just give me the price up front rather than rebate for a year if you get these contacts. But if its 3 months no etc...m

I got my glasses broken and I went there 1 month ago. I had a really good experience with them. Great customer service!!

I went there in June 2019 and was told my contact exam was going to be waved but it was not the case. The real problem came when I got my contacts and it was only for a month and a half when I was told it was going to be 3 month supply. They’re over priced and not very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I had no experience with the eye doctor himself, however I did speak with the staff in the upfront store. I was treated with hostility and poor customer service, and was unable to speak to a higher level of management when I requested.
