Came to check out this place after falling in love with their online selection. Upon arrival it was super disheartening as my boyfriend and I came in. For one we came in super excited and said “hello” and everyone sorta stared at us and ignored us. We didn’t think much of it as we thought they may be busy (mind you no one was in the store besides us). No one also asked us if we needed help. Then I began grabbing stuff to try on and the manger and the male worker where actually pretty nice to us and showed us the fitting room. When I was done I went to ring up and the cashier was sorta cold. I had seen beforehand that she was asking a customer for info for a loyalty account (I believe) as well if she knew the return policy. When it was my turn she just took the stuff and proceeded to check me out as well as tell me the total and that’s it. Overall just really disappointed with the in-store experience which sorta sucks because the store has so much cool stuff. I’m not sure if it had to do with the fact me and my boyfriend were both Hispanic or if they thought we had no money to spend. Will probably just buy from online from now on.

As a Neurosurgeon, I work a very BUSY schedule. I came here on one of my days off, and was excited to finally check it out. All the other guests in the store were greeted expect me and my boyfriend. I thought nothing of it until they asked everyone BUT us if they were doing okay. We so happened to be the only brown individuals there. I was so frustrated, I left whatever I wanted to buy and left. This is extremely unexpected and I hope the store manager does something about this issue. This is unprofessional. I hope some training is done/they hire new people who won’t discriminate.

The staff here is fantastic. I was lucky enough to be helped by Jordan, they helped me so much doing complicated buying and shipping and pickups and returns with a great amount of respect and kindness. I think a lot of reviewers forget the main thing that everyone deserves to be treated with respect. These people are front-line workers, working during the worst pandemic of our time, selling clothing to people. Empathy goes a long way. Anyways, the store and staff are amazing and super helpful and accommodating.

Maybe the coolest low-key clothes spot in the city! They are hip and cool- kind of like ZARA’s fab younger sister. I think the quality here is better than ZARA and I loved the customer service. The employees go out of their way to tell you about deals and help you with sizing and returns.

I never was a big fan of this brand for the overpriced clothes, but I do love their jewelry selection. Today I walked in the staff didnt greet me which I am fine with I d rather browse alone. However, I noticed they were chatting the entire time. After asking twice about a sale price I bought 2 pieces of jewelry. When I checked out, they told me they were misplaced and not on sale. I already asked twice about which ones are sale and the cashier woman confirmed. It turned out she had no clues on whats going on and called another staff to solve the pricing. They were both unfriendly and clueless.

Have been wanting to go into the store for a while now and found yesterday finally time for a visit. Although I visually enjoyed the store, the staff was just unnecessarily cold, unfriendly and snobbish. I was wondering who pays these unqualified girls to chit chat in their office room while customers need advice. I dont understand who these people think they are? Jesus, you are not working at the United Nations, you sell overpriced clothes made in China, sold in Wicker Park.

These guys are great. I Had gotten the wrong size accidentally and marcus searched high and low across the earth for the style i wanted and was extremely helpful in getting it brought in. Incredible service and some really nice dudes running shop. Ill definitely be back

I love this clothing line. Their clothes fit a great range of body types and sizes. I also like the clean and modern lines of their clothing.

They did not even say hello to me. Someone other customer came in later and they gave a warm welcome. ?? Discrimination?? Such a bad experience!
