I walked in determined to buy a carpet for my new apartment. A woman walked up to me at the door and asked what size I was looking for. I said I didn’t have the exact dimensions. She then said in a passive aggressive attitude, “Then I can’t help you” and walked away. Super rude. So I went to ikea and purchased a carpet there.

Saw this place while a late night stroll and decided to come back the following day. I am glad I did!! We Met Ravi, who was very friendly and welcoming. She suggested several pieces in helping me find the right one with turquoise accents to match my couch. I am very pleased with what we chose. Ravi gave us a good deal for a 12 x 10 piece.Thanks so much Ravi!!I highly recommend to those who want a large selection and in the neighborhood to take home their purchase right away :)

I went to this store looking for carpet for my new house as well as rugs. The lady who works there was very nice and the store had a lot of selection to choose from. When they came to install the carpet, the gentleman was very professional. They made sure I was happy with how everything looked before leaving. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here for my other carpet and rug needs!! God bless these people.

I am so happy and satisfied with the carpet I bought what a great, reasonable and really very good customer service. The lady who works there {Aunty} very nice and she has great customer services very convincing I wanted to buy 1 carpet and ended up buying 3. I will come again and I also recommend others.

There is this typical Aunty who does everything to show you carpets and never sits down for a moment. But she must give time and some privacy to discuss about the carpets. She was in front of us all the time by which we were not able to discuss anything and whatever we tried discussing, she interrupted. Otherwise - quality carpets. Good store.

Horrible and worst experience.The lady who sits in store is nice. But her brother is owner and very rude and unprofessional. When he came to install the carpet, he argued with me about park his truck. Then the guy he bought to install carpet, he damaged newly installed molding in several places. Also owner was very rude. he didnt even put carpet trim metal strip. Also he didnt even use proper material in closet. He argued a lot with me and my wife. Worst customer service ever.He took all left out carpet with him. I would strongly recommend to increase your budget have it done from professionals. WORST PLACE TO BUY CARPET.
