HAD DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM BEFORE IN 2017 ON ALL MY ORIENTAL WOOL RUGS HOWEVER WAS DISAPPOINTED ON A RUG THEY QUOTES WOULD BE THIS MUCH JUST TO FIND OUT IT IS MORE THAN WHAT THEY QUOTED. THEY DO A GOOD JOB BUT WONDER WHY THEY MISQUOTED ON COST. I TOLD THEM THE SIZE ALREADY VIA BY PHONE AND QUOTED ME UNLESS THEY WOULD HAVE EXPLAINED. WILL GIVE THEM 3 STARS FOR SERVICE SINCE THEY ARE NOT THAT BAD JUST THEY NEED TO NOT TAKE QUOTES OVER THE PHONE THEN. SALESPERSON JIM HALE WAS THE ONE WHO QUOTED ME WHEN I GOT THERE BUT SOMEONE RETURNS MY CALL AND QUOTES ME $40 LESS SINCE NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER MY CALL.

I didn’t even bother writing a review about how terrible my experience with them was through the installation process because they have so many other bad reviews. I’m back now because after 1.5 years, the carpet has a full wrinkle working through it because they didn’t stretch it. Don’t be surprised they didn’t stretch it, they didn’t even vacuum before they left. Great news: they will charge you $250 to come out and tell you how much more it will cost to fix it. Because who wouldn’t pay the same people more money to do another terrible job... insanity. Go anywhere else. ANYWHERE.

Didn’t show up for measuring appointment. When I called he said he had it on calendar but had other things. Pretty rude to not even call let alone show up for Saturday appointment. Look elsewhere. Would rate below 1 star

What can I say about a carpet store? Well, for us, we like the friendly and attentive (and actually helpful ) staff and the ease of getting to the location.

I called to inquire about re-sizing an area rug I purchased from this location 2.5 years ago. You would have thought that I was asking them to create the world in less than 7 days! I needed to have it re-sized, picked up and delivered to the same location they delivered it to 2.5 years ago. And oh, I live downtown which seemed to be the kiss of death when I informed him. I decided that it wasnt going to be worth it since they really made it apparent that they did not want the hassle nor my business. Very disappointing... If you have so many restrictions around providing advertised services, you need to let potential customers know that upfront, before you waste your time & mine.
